My diet is the one posted in the first post of this journal. I stick to it almost 100% with one cheat day a week (Sunday)

Any comments on it ?

theres very little in the way of good fats there. i would add flax seed oil/fish oil/olive oil etc.

also if you are not happy with your progress, just increase portion size

I have finally managed to get back to the gym this week, after over a month off over Xmas and Jan.

I tried to get back into it 2 weeks ago but managed to get the flu the next day.

I lost about 4kgs over the month or so, currently 68kgs.

Im not going to post a fully detailed journal, simply because i'm too lazy to get my notebook from the car, and I also manage to forget to put it back into the car.

I'm also getting back into my eating again, its harder than I thought it would be, over the last 2 days I have been getting about 3000cal's, I was hoping for 4000, but will have to bring it up slowly over the next 2 weeks, as my body gets used to it.

Oh, my goal is to get to 75kgs, over the next 3 months. Will keep you all posted.
