hows the leadup feeling brah?

Average. Im not gonna be hitting any huge numbers. Just getting back into squats and deads is a milestone in itself.

Did some powercleans, close grip pin presses and chins today. Been a stressful week at work so had a few days off getting back into again. Want to do some squats tommorow.

did squats up to 150 then some back offs on 120. Mucked around with some60k jump squats.

today was benching did 10 doubles with 100kg, supersetted with chins then finished with some inch db deads and coc crushers. Popeye forearms engaged

In the gym by myself tonight, had a cheat day yesterday so wanted to hit something hard. Did front presses up to 90 and some singles at 80 didnt do too much volume as Im probablly going to hit some heavy pressing tommorrow as well. Moved onto pin squatswith the bar set at 2"below sternum and did 200x2x2, 210x2x2 and 220x2. Finished up with some weighted crunches and the prone hold series and called it a day. Pin squats are awesome.

Back and pchain were mega sore from saturdays deads which is good. Loosened up on the pvc (made me squeal) and did some dynamic stretches. right hips been a bit niggly when squatting so gave it some extra attention.

lots of abs, machine crunches, pronehold variations, rotations, get-ups and rollouts.

Pretty smashed after this. My confidence in squats is growing. Wil hit some light fronts on wed then maybe some heavy midrange partials on sat. Will be lifting no-no-no at cbc so will be hitting pbs regardless as Ive always competed with minimum of belt :pfft:

Did some clean and presses with 80 and close grip bench with 100.

Had some niggly shoulders over the last week and they came out in full force. Every clean n press felt like someone was jamming a screwdriver into my shoulder capsule. Eventually they just went numb so I kept going haha. Then on bench lost power to my left side followed by some tingly sensation around the elbow. Happened on all the sets so not too sure whats going on. To cap it all off as I was putting away a pre loaded barbell it bounced back off the rack hit me square in the mouth chipping one of me teeth ,neg minnit....
