Elbows are a bit tender, will get back on the band press down wagon.

That sounds like a plan TT, that was my saving grace for tendonitis.

You still training for bench comp at champs or gonna do 3 lift?

How's the job going?

Need to warm them up properly too, I've been giving my shoulders a lot of attention and ye'ole elbows have been thrown in the closet.

At this stage Im doing auckland bench and might do the BBro as a full 3 lift, going to go back to training all three in the next 3 weeks im missing squats and deads :(

Oh I start friday 8)

19/01 Shoulders

Strict millitary press 20x5x240x3 50x3 60x3x3

DB hammer press 17.5x10x10

Side laterals 10x10 12x8 15x5 lightassx30x2

Plate front raise 15x10x4

Was well pumped today. Strict pressing going well 65x3x3 next week. Focused on turning the pinkys out really focused on the side delt blew them up nice and good. Back to squats tomorrow :)

conditioning

10 starjumps

10 cross over jumps

10 squats

10 pushups

each exercise superseted with a 40m sprint, 3 rounds followed by 20 situps

3 hurdle jumps, 20kg lungex4, 10 toe-taps, 10 burpees amrap 3mins followed by 20 situps

30s bike + 30s heavy bag x 5 rounds non stop

fitness has gone back down. But got a partner to train with so we're going to start training 3xpw, my trainers a bit of a c*nt (hes me ol' man :lol: ) for a 45yo hes in good nick, a hard man , very demanding but the results will speak for themselves.

20/01 Quads

am- played a round of golf for the first time in a while. shot +36 LOL

front squat a2g 20x5 40x5 50x5x5

leg press ss leg extension 4x10//4x10

really drained, already got doms took each front squat 6s down then explode up weight was light. then on the way home crashed my car. Rear ended this lady at about 20kmh on manukau rd, basically my whole front end needs to be replaced so looks like I might be getting new wheels.

On the plus side, 20kgs lost is huge man, solid effort :clap:

No injuries to either of us thank Budha! :lol: When life gives you lemons make lemonade, all I'll say is that if I play my cards right I'll have rear ended her twice in one week if you get what I mean :pfft:

My bench is going good so going to ride the train until it derails. Last time I did topend lockouts cant remember how heavy but im sure it wasnt more than 140 and @ a bw of 103 so ill count it as a pb:cool: Quite suprised actually by how my lockout has strengthened, the ROM was roughly 3"s so it wasnt just an elbow unlock lol.

felt quite flat today, I think a result of under-eating over the weekend so cut the session short. Was a bit apprehensive about pushing the bench whilst alone in the gym so still got the desired amount of reps just in 2 sets rather than one. Plan is still to hit a single next week.

Note to self- Taro is the most awesome carb source in the world and im determined to marry a samoan girl so that she can cook me taro every day!

Deadlifts felt good to day! Think its time to start working heavy squats and deads back in ive sure missed them. actually suprised that the grip held out, actually felt easy. Rest of the workout was good kept the rest short and felt the lats working to good effect.

Good shoulder train today with my mate I picked the first half we agreed on lat raises then he picked the second half. happy with how my strict pressing is going along, I will hit a 100 overhead very soon! (I would like it to be pushpress but most likely BTN jerk). Wanted to meet up with steak and SP but my cars in the shop :(

Why so short bro?

I just came into the gym with the goal of hitting BW on front squats. Once I did I was a bit lost as to what to do so just got a bit of blood in the legs and effed off :pfft:
