Average workout. Didnt feel super flash to start with but was suprised with what I got. Low back was playing up to night situps were a nono, really craving more squat volume might go back to twice a week squatting with 3xper week benching hint hint

Nice and long workout up at CBC. Bench really need to work off the chest strength so all reps paused. End of year goal now 130, hopefully 140 tng. Squat mucked around with bar placement and stance, will be using a semi hi bar and shoulder width stance a2g baby.
