Weekly overview

Squat: Right on point, pleased with form depth was good no real grinders was craving more squats on the friday session :twisted: Hoping that all the no belt work will pay off when I come to the peak cycle.

Bench press:Bench volume very good all reps paused with good speed only slowed down a little on friday fatigue setting on.

Deadlift: Feeling very strong I think pulling in the 70-85% range is doing wonders for me and Im hoping for a big pull come comp day.

Training at CBC was awesome adapting to sheiko nicely especially in the squat looking forward to hell week may have to do a back to back day 1 day2 put allgood building up that sweet sweet fatigue :grin:

Yay for more squats 8) Felt really good speed good. 2nd round of squats was easier than I thought the bar was even jumping off my back. Bench took a while to get in the groove 30s rest between sets was sweating up a storm. Will do the rest of my assistance tommorow Ive got the flu, absolutley no appetite time to forcefeed.

Catch up session from yesterday. Feeling like Ive had a tonne of shiite dropped on me really fatigued its just passed eight and Im bout to pop off to bed :shock: Go the worst leg chafing ever at work today legs have definetley grown some. I think TT should stand for thunderthighs instead of tinytraps :pfft: :pfft:

good session today feeling much better even after two 4am starts appetites been real good will post eats below. Bit of a muddled workout with misloads not enough sets too many reps doing a few sets of full deads instead of pulls to knees so I re did all the muddled sets Increasing the volume a bit, like I need anymore 8) Deads were hard callouses real sore even partially tore one. Good sign of CNS rootage.

Eats

brekkie: 7 whole eggs 2 slices toast 1 apple 1l of water

meal 2: 200g tuna 2 cups pasta, 1 chicken and avocado sammy, 1/4chicken 1l water

Meal 3: 1/2 roast chook, 4 slices of bread 1l megamilk(this is the shit)

Meal 4: 200g chicken 250g brown 1l water

pwo: 500ml megamilk + banana

about to dig into 500g rump steak 2cups pasta 500ml megamilk

Nice end to week, Felt beat up the first half of the wek came in today and blasted it out in less than an hour cant wait for the higher intensity week next week and then test week in a fortnight feeling strong(er) looking at some decent PBs

It wasnt as bas as I thought, first two days were rough but BOOM get hit with a boost of strength. Sitting at 112 want to be 115 gym weight which will put me around 108-109 comp day.
