Impressive! got any more....

Will upload some more in the next few days, didn't get as much footage as I would have liked as I was busy getting to know my new friend from doping control.

"It will only take 10 minutes"

45 mins later you're still there doing paperwork, even if you pass the sample instantly.

My first test back in 2001 took 1.5hours, my last test (last year) took 9minutes. Ive got the process down pretty good now, then again Ive had good practice :pfft:

Some more lifting from session 4 of the Oceania Champs. Sorry no descriptions on video but my PC kept spitting the dummy when I added names and weights.

First 3 lifters are Kiwi's: Neil Lauaki, Steve Lousich and Steve Varga, then there are some of the Team Nauru lifters and Jason Spear from Australia

I can't believe how little respect you have NZMM.

You must be new around here....

I've been thinking NZMM. I would rather watch a powerlifting comp with bench shirts than watch a bodybuilding show without muscle. Where do you sit?

lol, you powerlifters sure upset easily, more hormonal than bodybuilders :pfft: \:D/

I would rather be on a beach drinking rum than doing either..... what's your point......

I assumed he was asking if you thought it was ok to use steriods to enhance your performance. If you believe that using a plastic shirt to inflate your bench is not fair then surely you are against using juice to inflate your muscles?

Hence you enjoy BB shows with no muscle (relative to fully geared shows).

(No offence to fully natural BB's)

thanks!...Just watching these has helped me pick out a weakness in my bench...other than strength  Awesome control over the paused bar at the bottom of the descent  and some great speed on some of these presses :o
