Progress has been slow well up until now and we expect all the plates, bars, DBs to 50kg, powercage, and a few other bits to arrive today. Was outlate last night picking up a latpulldown machine and a DB rack with some lighter weights (good ole trademe stalking) and will be getting the final little things like water cooler, chains, a bit of woodwork(if my mate the dodgy chippy) gets out of the pub-might have to nudge him alone with an 7ft oly bar in the erectors) and some signage and paperwork.

A few good tales....won a sony stereo on TM for $30 (street value $600) cos the speakers were only playing in surround sound. got it home and checked it out only to find the previous owners had the wires in the wrong holes. works mint now :wink:

been a few bidding wars too...one went on for ages but we won.

customer service is generaly crapolla. One company had an invoice made out for gear they never had and got a bit upset when i didnt pay for goods that werent even in the country yet. I went to see them and we had the matter sorted about 1 minute after i leaned across the counter.

Will be doing a few sessions this weekend to iron any probs and by the middle of next week should be able to operate. Will try to get some more pics up soon.

trained there today, coast is tight as! you cant buy a good atmosphere, and training with steak is garunteeing you push your limits. i took home a 15kg PR on deads.

anyone up those ways would be stupid to not make use of it!!
