ahh john be good to see him down at eastside, use to train deadlifts with him down at chricton occasionally. great guy - always friendly.

All good. The plan for John is to keep training at CC where he has good support from the likes of Josh and Terry Pierson. It would be great to see some more competitors come out of gyms like CC. This can only be good for the sport IMHO.
