Thanks Rose! I want to get my form checked for inverted rows, good mornings and GHR's so I'll go and get him to do that, if he's not helpful about that I'll ditch him.

hee hee the thing is I know by the end of next week he'll be back lifting x10 what I lift so I'm basking in the glory while I can!!

He wasn't even very sore this morning and I purposely forgot to remind him to stretch damnit! :doh:

Aaaaa the new-to-me-gym it's so cool 8) about 5 people there this mornink the pool looks very inviting after a sweaty workout!

I'm so not confused by this gym, the setup makes sense even though half the machines are in lbs which is a little confusing to a maths-phob like me.

HIIT 10 mins treadmill

This is the first cardio I have done since Le marathon, I forgot how much I love running!

Squat: 30kg x8, 30kg x8, 30kg x8 these are getting stronger had quite good power in these today :grin:

SLDL: 50kg x8, 50kg x8, 55kgx8

Leg press: 80kg x8, 100kg x8, 100kg x8

Leg Extension: 25lb x8, 20lb x8, 20lb x8 this one is cool with a safety belt!

Lying Leg Curl: 15lb x8, 15lb x8, 15lb x8

Tried to do seated calf raise, couldn't work the thing it might be broken or I might need a lesson!

Toe press: 30kg x8, 60kg x8, 105kgx8

I'm meeting the person who bought my LM membership off trade me this mornink and transferring it. I made a profit! It seems it is a good thing to sell! I'm quite shocked somebody would pay more than it's worth :shock:

but how did you cope with the overcrowding in the gym - I mean, two other people in YOUR space :grin: must be nice, eh!

Hee hee the man the owns the gym jumped out at me on Friday saying 'Look the whole gym to yourself, it's like your own gym' I love it, there's no scary squat rack hoggers or gym bunnies. :grin:
