A bit of car pushing yesterday afternoon, just once up and down a car park. Was waiting for somebody to stop and see if I needed help :lol:

It was more like cardio so will try it again with handbrake on see if that helps with less momentum.

I had that prob too tipping foreward on front squats now i find i gotta just have my fingertips on the bar and it more resting on my throat and then get my elbows as high as i can in the front and I imagine im being pulled upby a string thru my elbows

Thanks Nessie I need more practice at front squats I will keep that in mind!
