Nice benching chick :nod: I couldn't do lots of reps at 42.5kg, the last time I tried after doing that many reps before hand I pinned myself on the 3 rep :pfft: was so shame lol there was no one i could yell out to for help so I just rolled the bar down my body then sat up n tipped the bar so the weights fell off lol. Has that ever happened to you?

Thanks Miss, Yep I have pinned myself under le floor press many a time, luckily the bench I use has safety hooks that are just at the right height for me so I don't get sqwished. But on floor press there's no hope I have to tip one side of the bar over and roll it down over me I still have bruises from when I did this last week :oops:
