Yeh I prefer it for my 'heavier' lifts gives me something to push against.

did some dislocations my shoulder is still giving me a bit of grief now and then

Such a crap sleep last night, stupid young people in street being loud and leary and drunk last night. Why do people go deaf when they drink and have to shout everything?

Oh no your feel crappy too! I was just writing in Bar-belle's journal last night saying to her get better... I feel like shit also but only because (ok im gonna have a wee moan but i have to get it out!! lol, & sorry vee for whinging in your journal...) got all geared up last night for my pb squat (85kg) belt, kneewraps (man these feel awesome) wore my flat soled shoes, and failed my squat :evil: I was so fucked off! Rip the kneewraps off (and then they get stuck on my leg and won't unravel, so here i am angry trying to shake the fuckers off lol :roll: ) rip the belt off throw it on the floor lol, steam coming out my ears.... mini paddy going on here lol but couldn't help it :shifty:

Um 50kg is verrry near my BW, running marathons it WAS my BW :shock: luckily I am a liiitttttle heavier these days.
