Fucken Ghetto gym :(

I go to gym at stupid o clock in the morning so there is nobody there and I can get on my beloved squat rack.

This mornink it was full of drunk people and I was Le freak side show.

I hate drunk people at the best of times, and at 5am in a gym it's just fucken annoying!

Drunk people walk in, and one guy tries to hang his jacket up ON THE SQUAT RACK! :twisted: Luckily beloved squat rack TM didn't want his jacket and dropped it. Vee goes into save Le rack by doing ACTUAL weights in it and becomes freak show TM.

So drunk people all sit about and watch Vee deadlifting.

Vee turns up Slipknot verrrrrrry loud to block out annoying drunkeneds.

Squat:

50kg x5

55kg x5

60kg x5

65kg x5

67.5kg x1 (PB)

70kg x1 (PB)

Felt good today, so just went for the 70kg, got it Vee very happy :grin:

Bench:

30kg x5

35kg x5

40kg x5

45kg x5

47.5kg went down, didn't go back up :oops: tried x3

Still better than last week, slllooooowwwwwllllyyy getting better.

Dead:

roll up roll up watch Vee do her deads, a fun end to a night out!

missed this x2 couldn't lock out, got it by the skin of my teeth, literally.

Yes, I agree - all my eating the last few months has seen a correspoding improvement in the weights I'm lifting. Sadly there's also a corresponding incredible hulking of my clothes, and lots of mending needed :oops:

A liiiittttle sore today, forced myself to go to gym, am sore and tired, but of course I was glad to go once I was there...

did some womens leg recovery stuff, GMs, leg press

I hear there's a beef surplus now that someone's left town...

Funnily enough Madame Rose leaves town and my eating goes up, I think my stomach knows there's more food to be had for the rest of us now so it has increased accordingly.

I have been eatering alot, the butchers gasped at my order on the weekend and asked if I was having some sort of BBQ party. They didn't believe it was all for me :pfft:

kept bumping into rack on last 2 sets, took last set out of rack and got stuck a couple of times so had to unrack re-rack, got tired of doing this so ended up x3 instead of x5.

Bench:

25kg x5

30kg x5

35kg x5

40kg x5

45kg x5 DID IT

This is the first time I have consecutively done x5 at 45kg, it was one of those moments that I thought something was wrong with my calculations/bar something!!

But I did it and it wasn't too bad 8)

Bent over BB row:
