When my t shirt got shredded doing board press, I was proud! Perhaps a bit too proud :shifty: I photo'ed that baby and put it on Facepooze cos it looked like Freddy had slashed my boobs! \:D/ I didn't realise til I got home, walked around Poo World wondering why people were looking at me even weirder than normal.

Heavy day ended up being this mornink.

Waaaaaaaaaayyy too tired yesterdee, went to bed at 7:30 :shock: totally pooped-a-rama.

I have new technique/form for the 3 lifts which actually makes it easier (dare I say) I went in this morning to smash PRs but ended up being the same as last week. I'm happy that I did heavy daty with the new techniques, I will smash PRs next week.

Squat:

40kg x5

50kg x5

55kg x3

60kg x2

62.5kg failed twice got stuck in Le hole

Bench:

THIS CLICKED TODAY! the press up DID ACTUALLY feel like a tightly coiled spring this is the first time I have used wraps and belt for bench, had them verrrry tight and it worked! :grin:

30kg x5

37.5kg x5

40kg x3

45kg x1

Deads:

New sumo stance ARCH etc need more practice during the week
