I've only missed one train with you! :cry:

But I planned on trainering with you everyday this week! lol

There were people in the gym this morning :twisted:

There were people in my squat rack doing calf raises :twisted:

Ended up doing bench before squattering as I ran out of stuff to do while waiting....

Light day today.

Grrrrr there was somebody doing skullcrushers in Le squat rack with an ez bar.

Are people getting up early and purposely doing this just to annoy me?

It feels like it at 5am.

GPP stuff this mornink.

Felt really good this morning at Ze gym.

It was one of those mornings where I very nearly stayed in bed and when I got outside it was freezing, all the way to the gym I'm thinking "go back it's not too late". But I forced myself to go and it ended up being fantabulastic!

50lb x 2 lap I was going for x1 lap and it felt easy-ish so I went for x2 so I upped the weight.

Still can't find the 25lb DB, found one 11.3kg DB so tried that which is about 25lb, it's really uneven with only one DB though!

I can't get into some of my clothes anymore, my shoulders have gotten wider, I measured them yesterday to see how much wider. The last time I measured them was end of November.

They are 12cm bigger all around :shock:

I actually ripped the armhole in a dress in the weekend trying to get into it :doh:

Bring on the stretchy clothes!
