OK well how about a pre-training leg instead? It looks a bit crispy on the outside, but on the inside it's all, yep, tasty =P~ (Please note that no vegetables were harmed in the making of this leg)

The next couple of weeks will be interesting with no Madame Rose to keep me in line :wink:

Heavy day with the cleaner.

Yep just me and the cleaner at Le gym this morning.

55kg x1 went in the squat rack for this one, tried for two and got stuck. I don't like it in the squat rack I won't be going in there again! Totally psyched myself out the 2nd one :twisted:

just about to push the last rep and what comes on my ipod but disturbed screaming "heavy you wanted heavy" Eeek! Must.concentrate.

Well, I did better than last weeks heavy day, couldn't bench 42.5kg last week or squat 55kg and my dead is up another 5kg.

doing slightly less reps on the higher weights is much less taxing, thanks for the advice on that ma'm.

I won't go in the squat rack next week, I can dump it out of the rack alot easier than in the rack on hindsight.

You can do it Miss Cat! You just have to believe, if I can lift 90kg anybody can!

Ipod turned up super-loud helps.

I have to lift 100kg by the time Madame Rose gets back or I'm in trouble :nono:

Great work on PB's too... sounds like you have a great attitude so you are only going to get better.

I did notice you get sick alot though just a bad run with the flew?

trust the Squat rack it will become your friend IMHO good luck with the rest of the years training anyway you choose to squat.
