After more enquires shoving the body through a woodchipper then giving it to the pigs is more effective apparently says 'my friend'

Yep, the woodchipper works well, just make sure the package is thoroughly frozen first. Makes it a lot easier to clean up the chipper afterwards, otherwise someone that looks suspiciously like the Pman's avatar comes sniffing round looking for that nasty evidency stuff.

I used to cook for a living in a pub in London, I used to cook Sunday roasts on Sundays even though I was vegan!

Funny that, butcher boy said to freeze it too, and after speaking with the other butchers they reckon the skin would go down the garbage disposal which would be handy!

I am off to Auckland in an hour for 2 days with work so will have to do training in hotel gym my mind boggles to what it will be like!

It was a weird train, I didn't feel 100% Vee not sure what it was...

Thanks TFB I did BW stuff in the hotel gym on Monday morning, they had WAIT FOR IT 4 cardio machines and a cage thing that wasn't fully built and it looked like nobody had ever used it but with only 4x 1.25kg plates even if I had been up to building it there wasn't much point!

So did pullups, BW good mornings, squats, pressups and leg curls with SB

So glad to be home and in the gym again!

can't remember how much the ez bar weighs is it 10kg?

Both ezy bars at Le Sewer weigh 9kg Miss, and yours is the same (I used it!) so safe to call it 9?
