Hey Vee, I forgot to ask if you got home OK after that crazy lady admired your sequined chucks on Willis Street :shock: I mean you posted on here so you must be alive, right? :pray:

yeh she was waiting for me and eyeing up my chucks so I crossed the road and super fast walked home. I think she was after my shiny shoes!!

Ahhh, like that is it :shock: All "Yes Miss" to my face, then when you're behind the safety of teh innernetz it's all "Waaa, Rose is mean". I prescribe more stick next time. And I'll bring my laptop and have Pman's videos on repeat, ala Clockwork Orange styles:

Not much wrong with your deads just your hips coming up a bit fast which will engage the back more. Try and load the bar at the bottom (take some of the weight maybe 30-50kgs) before you start to pull, when you push back feel the Hamstrings tighten then pull, drive through the heels pull the bar in close to your body.

had a form sesh with pman today, mostly for squat form. was productive, no major faults, just some fine tuning to do and flexibility work.

also did a little deadlifting... with some fine tuning from the master, and the use of a good belt, managed to pull my 4pps! pmans technique was more comfortable, though my grip at lockout was starting to falter :roll:

guess my new goal is 2hundy 8)

Damnit, Jono removed his vid :( It was there earlier today... Maybe he's watching :shock:

5am trainering this morning and some bloke was in my squat rack!! Yes it has become MY squat rack as nobody else uses it at 5am! WTF? So did bench first :cry: who are these random people that show up at this time every now and then and this ungodly hour? :roll: Go away, it's heading towards winter nobody will care what you look like!!

Was kinda wierd training at Exodus yesterday, all the locals going "who he? what's he doing in MY rack"... except no-one was using the racks when I was there - it was nice and quiet.

Yes I have red sequined chucks too! I got them a couple of years ago at Dressmart they are falling to pieces but they are my favourite shoes EVERER they are like Dorothys in the wizard of OZ plus I can squat in them :grin: There are a few pics on the board of them they look like this:
