Not me, I'm on a diet :snooty: =P~ :shifty:

Had to laugh, tho...when you view the images (of mask and peanut butter) you really end up with some wierd thoughts

Hmmm *Vees mind boggles*

Gym, packed, at 5am WTF?

There was like 5 people in there. I was glad though as I was attempting to get the bar out of the squat rack on a high shelf to lower the thing and some nice man came and helped me otherwise I would be still there trying to get it down

Light day today

Squat:

BW x5

20kg x5

25kg x5

30kg x5

35kg x5

Bench:

20kg x5

22.5kg x5

25kg x5

27.5kg x5

30kg x5

Pullups: Damn nearly killed me, ended up spotting myself with one foot on the wall

Wide grip 2x5

Narrow grip 3x5

Knee squats: x5

Bench flying thing: x5

GHR: x5 tried some on a box and ladder, sb and ladder then lat pull down and box. I have bigger all strength there so I'm gonna continue with the lat pulldown otherwise I end up landing on my hands and it hurts!

Shoulder dislocations: x5

I was gonna say "Get up earlier" but even for me there is no "earlier" before 5am

I guess when they say "Train, Eat, Grow", they don't mean "grow taller", huh

You guys are amazing with your 5am starts - I can manage getting up at 6am with mostly no problems, but the odd time I have to make a work trip somewhere and have to get up at 5am...well, just couldn't do it every day! Very impressive!

mmmm training at 4am? I would be stuffed by home time at work methinks, otherwise I would! Seriously!! I prefer it when nobodies there, and it's cool walking to le gym at that time, nobody is about!

It's great cause any time after 5am is a sleep in! So on weekends I still get up early like 6 or 7am and I still have a whole day!

So whats your take on Wellywood after a couple of months down there???

You glad you made the shift??

If a packed gym is 5 people guess you must be :pfft:

I LOVE Wellywood! I prefer it to Dorkland, I blend in better here. One of the other tutors at work says that I blend in well, she's a born and bred Wellingtonian and she reckons I'm an honoury Wellingtonian

(yes I'm a bit strange!)

Do you go to bed super early too? Or are you one of those people who is lucky enough to function on less sleep? I'm a total wreck without 7.5 to 8 hours (preferably 8-9 hours) sleep a night, so my 6am wake ups mean I need to go to bed by 10 or 10.30 - any later and I feel like I'm sleepwalking through the day! I don't think I could physically go to bed any earlier - not with a husband elephanting into bed later on and waking me up!!

Yep I am asleep by 9am, I need lots of sleep too, I'm no fun at weekends/parties as I can't stay awake! I'm in bed by 9am everyday, barrel of laughs me huh? :pfft:
