When you say CG Bench do you mean close grip as in elbows hugging your ribcage tricep exercise or just close grip as in closer than wide grip?

Haro sir! Shoulder width apart so yes either side of my ribs. I do the same set up as normal bench, retracting shoulder blades, elbows tucked in, fill belly, leg drive etc etc but grip is alot closer together than normal bench.

Feeling like crap part ii

bllllllluuurrrggghhhhh!!!! eyes are watering, nose running, an ear has swollen up and I can only just get my headphone in it and then it keeps popping out.

The spin bikes are there now they look weird all new and shiny there are 10 of them. I counted them to see if they will start breeding. If there's more next time I will start getting very concerned. :shock:

They are shoved in a corner with zero space around them in a room made of wood, it's gonna get hot in there!

On the upside the smith machine has gone so it means I can do ghetto GHRs on the lat pulldown machine, I couldn't before without whacking my head on the thing :grin:

Oh I found The Workout To Better All Workouts And Make You Awesome In 3 Minutes A Day on a piece of paper on the floor at the gym today. I'll go get it and post it so you can be awesome too 8)

:pray: FINALLY somebody has a proper answer, do you know how long we have all been waiting for this? I knew it, I knew I was wasting my time an hour or more a day at le gym when I can be teh awesome in 3 mins a day!! w00t bring on the awesomeness! :clap:
