went for 75kg couldn't get out of le hole

then 72.5kg same again, hole sucking me in!!

Still slightly betterer than last week which is what we want :grin:

Bench:

47.5kg x1 -messy but it went up *edit crap I thought this was a PB but I have done this once before 2 weeks ago damnit!

110kg glued.to.le.floor tried x6 grrrrrrrr I will get this next time.

Kept getting pinned on squat and bench by pig-tails must do a different hair arrangement methinks :lol:

The floor can be real sticky when it suits, eh :oops: remember feeling that the other day during deads myself. Mind you, when I get to those same lofty heights of like 1.7x BW, I'm sure the weights will feel welded, riveted and nailed to the floor :madman: :grin:

Yeh after x6 tries it feels like I have actually lifted the damn thing with all the energy that was expended! Tired Vee now *yawn*

I only use wraps for benching on my heavy lifts. I don't use anything for my deads, although maybe I should....

I was thinking of getting some just to keep hold of the bar abit easier, i'm sure it would help...

Ha funny teamfatboy I went to sleep last night thinking shit I wrote the wrong thing lol I think vee was talking about wrist "wraps"which wrap the wrist and stop it from bending back under heavy load and I think morattigirl is talking about "straps" as you say to wrap the bar and take some weight off your grip.

Yep, NO STRAPS used here, just wraps for bench. Morattigirl if you are having difficulty holding the bar for deads get some chalk, chalk is awesome :grin:

Yes there has been trainering this week. I have been journal slack.

Even on holiday I have been getting up at 4:30am and going to le gym :crazy:
