Damn what are your stats like at the mo Vee? Must be gaining with all that awesome lifting?

Ummm stats? Like weight and measurements and stuff? Ooooo my scales broke ages ago and I haven't weighed myself since earlier this year so who knows! I know my shoulders have grown something insane I wrote it in here a few weeks ago, when I stopped being able to get into my little vintage dresses :(

I might measure stuff and compare, could be interesting

Cool PB's Vee keep em coming

I will try!

You tried wearing them in the bath?

I dont have a bath :(

I think I just need my heels to heal and then they will be as tough as the rest of me :pfft:

As tough as old boots, in fact

How's te back ?

I thought it was my back but it's really my side I have decided, I woke up last week with it a bit sore after benching in my sleep.

I sleep face down and I dream about lifting (of course) and I seem to try and bench myself in my sleep, I have woken myself up doing this a few times and I am in total benching position with my shoulder blades tucked back and everything.

Is this normal?

I hope not I would hate to be normal.

:pfft:

Docs aren't Docs unless you wear them in, in the bath!

Right then I am going to have to move house so I can get one with a bath so I can sit in it with my Docs. This may take sometime.

Good work on getting a PB for bench press :rockout: :rockout: \:D/

Yay thanks GR! I think benching in my sleep helps :shifty:

No Chance of that happening... normal people can't deadlift 150% of bodyweight

Nah, treat your shower as a squat rack... Docs on, water on, and SQUAT !

Failing that, just go for a run in 'em... I went for a run on Monday and sure 'nuff, down came the rain!

Go with the shower like TFB said, that's how we used to break in our new boots in the army 8)

We used to break ours in by filling them with hot water (or submerging them in a tub of hot water), leaving them over night, then lacing them on as tight as possible in the morning and marching in them til they dried. Very punishing process, but once done never had a problem with them. I still use this technique to break in footwear, years after exiting the green machine.

You don't sit, you walk around in it filled with warm/hot water!

This may take sometime.

Excuses  Surely there's an abandoned bathtub somewhere in your dodgy hood? Ask the man who lives in the bus stop, he'll know.

Benching in the sleep...obsession wat

:snooty: :naughty:

How long do they take to dry though? and in Wellington weather they may never dry

I think it's fewd and mind related, need to increase food source!

I'm up to my 7th meal, I had 2 brekkies before I left home, got hungry on the way to work and had to stop and eat, then ate another 4 times at work, came home starving and are about to eat meal 8 and I can see a 9 and 10 coming on after that.

Need to re-stock cupboards, all this food talk is making me hungry =P~
