I can't get into some of my clothes anymore, my shoulders have gotten wider, I measured them yesterday to see how much wider. The last time I measured them was end of November.

They are 12cm bigger all around :shock:

I actually ripped the armhole in a dress in the weekend trying to get into it :doh:

Bring on the stretchy clothes!

It's OK though I was REALLY narrow before, like size 6 shoulders so I might have just become 'average' now! LOL

Felt really good this morning at Ze gym.

It was one of those mornings where I very nearly stayed in bed and when I got outside it was freezing, all the way to the gym I'm thinking "go back it's not too late". But I forced myself to go and it ended up being fantabulastic!

Yay for the growth...specially when it's not in the arse..and big shoulders will make the rest look smaller anyways

Have you tried your Docs in the sqwat rack yet???

Yeh my shoulders are bigger than my hips now so that's good! Although clothes are becoming a problem and I do like a nice dress!

No docs in sqwat rack, I will use them to kick people out of rack if needed tho they are steel capped :grin:

Shiny sequined chucks are my weapon of choice for Le rack!

You can pull 100kg or more right now.

Most people psyche themselves out before they even realize what they can/should be pulling (or squatting or anything else). You've told yourself that 100kg is "heavy" for so long that you've made it an obstacle.

The goal should be 140. 100 is already something you can smash.

Went for a 2nd 60kg and it turned into a bad good morning, bar was too high on my back. But Yay for ditching the childrens weights felt good to have big plates on there!

Bench:

Missed first one on this had to stick it on the 'safety bars' and slide out of the bench :oops: . Second go and it went up albeit messy but it went up!

Sticking 100kg on a Bar is bloody hard work especially when no plates are the same size!! I had to rifle through all the plates in the place to find x2 sets of x2 so one end ended up being slightly higher than the other.

First go got it half way up, second go was a winner woot! Felt good. :grin:

Chalk dust everywhere I tried to clean it up but kept making it worse sorry Mr Cleaner :oops:
