Wellington sucked without you! :kiss: There was no colour, no fascinators, no dazzling gold teeth! I think I smelt the grease trap when I walked past Plimmer Steps though LOL.

My grease trap is being removed in a months time, so admire it while you can!

Both ezy bars at Le Sewer weigh 9kg Miss, and yours is the same (I used it!) so safe to call it 9?

Why does it have to be such an odd number grrrr try adding that all up at 5am! Can I round it to 10? :pfft:

There has been a man in the gym every morning last week and this week doing tricep pushdowns faster than anything I have ever seen with 5lb weight :shock: he does them single arm then both arms he will from now on be known as tricep man he does this everyday :shock:

im far too simple to be able to give you a decent answer to that, but, as your body learns to do a lift more efficiently, you will get stronger. firing the right muscles, in the right order, with the right timing etc...

hence that you dont have to get bigger to get stronger.

thats a very shit explanation, but im sure someone will have a better way of explaining it :oops:

Todays training was brought to you by ACV and toofpaste

Managed to throw my ACV on me instead of in me then proceeded to drool toofpaste down my tee shirt. It kept the other evil gym goers away from me though :pfft: The smell of vinegar and a chick covered in toothpaste at 5am is too much for the average person :grin:

Ummm I like the increase squat strength and curing bit but not the getting me back to work bit.

Are rat pellets better for you than whole rats ? Surely natural foods rather than processed ones, right :pfft:

This is true TFB, I wouldn't reccommend mass gainer rats either better to stay with food.
