Yep I am asleep by 9am, I need lots of sleep too, I'm no fun at weekends/parties as I can't stay awake! I'm in bed by 9am everyday, barrel of laughs me huh? :pfft:

I'm like that too... only problem is, 9am I'm at work, so my boss has to bring me my coffee :oops: :grin:

Finally go to le gym again, medium day today, all but rows were not too taxing at all. Can't wait till heavy day on Sundee and I can out me weights up! :grin:

Hey Vee impressive training there. PB's whoop whoop \:D/ . Doesn't it feel great to take off the trainer wheels and get the big kids weights moving :nod: That squat stretch is a goodie I find it helps too.

Light day today *yawn* 5am training with the other people that seem to start training even before this time at my gym, again today 4 people already there at 5am! :shock:
