working sets

195 x 4 (add belt and knee wraps) missed one this is where I am at at present for this rep range

195 x 3 knee wrap blew out and unfolded on way down on third rep f*@k... could of got another one easy enough if it stay together.

Overall this is where I am at..... reps drop now for the rest of the program and I am looking good for new PB's come the end of the cycle.:-)

was having a chat to tonka on sat regarding wrapping of the knees and he suggested i started doing the Knickletread as u wont get any splits in and around the knee

I have put a little comp together nothing major just a training incentive really with a few bragging rights in house I posted it in the bodybuilding / powerlifting section if you are keen to give it a go 8)

Hope you ladies do if I got your max wrong rose we can change it mate 8)

P man we can add another class for sportsgirl if she is keen 220kg if 180kg is max?

I was thinking 40kg increase for ladies on there 1 RM and 40 - 50kg for the men on there 1RM. which would be good gains in a year in a competition environment...

Her best was 185, at the BBro last year. I dunno how realistic 220 is given that the Commonwealth record in her weight class is only 190 :lol:

Still, she keeps getting stronger despite barely training the last half-year, so who knows...

True mate thats awesome she is right on the door step most well walk though it and beyond , even if she walk away with 210 - 215kg its a great gain for a years training. :clap:
