Tuesday 8th May

weight tonight 88.8kg lastnight 90kg,had a bad eating day today!!!

Start of week 4 yesterday on my current cycle,

For the last 5 nights iv been sweating in my sleep,which is a pain for the wife cause shes gotta do the washing,im back on the leather couch tonight,not the most comfortable but at least you dont need to wash that ha ha.(must be good trenbolone).

Trained Chest tonight,and i was surprised at my strength increase,yee haa. :grin:

Flat benchpress

60kg x 15 reps super concentrated

100kg x 12 reps felt the power

140 kg x 8 reps felt like 100kg,last 1 spotted

150kg x 4 reps 2 spotted

120kg x 9 got hooked on bar holders!!

100kg x 10 reps

incline bb benchpress

60kg x 12 reps

80kg x 10 reps

80kg x 8 reps not much rest between sets

90kg x 7 reps

bench db flys

26kg x 15 reps

30kg x 10 reps

32kg x 9 reps

32 x 7 reps not much rest between sets

cable x overs

4 sets end on 41 kg plates

standing machine calf raises

4 sets good weight

seated calf raisers

40kg x 20 reps

50kg to failure x 2

40kg slow to failure.

i trained at a faster pace tonight which was good but still took 1 & half hours, but thats standard for me,i do chat a bit too.

im quite impressed with this cycle,apart from tren sweats that sucks ha ha.

monday 14th may

weight tonight 91.1kg good shit just start of week 5 on cycle,looks like il pass my heaviest iv ever been 91.9kg,just gotta eat more.

trained back/calves tonight was all fairly standard apart from feelin aggressive and pushin heavier.

only did 1 set of 100kg deadlifts cause d-bol fucks my lower back muscles.

il get back into that in the next couple of weeks.

I was in the line for 1 hour,caught up with heaps of people.

yea im feeling fuller mate,my chest blows up mean as,stronger on everything (even squats ) .

tuesday 15th may

weight tonight 90.3kg all good il eat more tonight & tomorrow.

trained Chest tonight,had an awsome pump going on :nod: ,

pretty much the same as last weeks chest sesh except i did have way better control of the weight (still feeling like iv got hydrolics inside me ha ha.),did 5 reps at 150kg,only helped on last 1 and did a fairly easy 8 reps at 140kg,

then did db incline up to 48kg and have to admit i was in good relexed control for 6 or 7 reps (no spotter at all).

then after flys & machine flys (100kg im sure kgs?) i finished off 7 mins on the tread mill.

f*ck i feel pumped ohhhw yeea!!!

now gonna bury my face in a chicken dish & protien shake, and in an hour or two oats & youghurt!

Hey guys,shit i only just found my journal,man iv been slack at keeping tabs.

Yeah Tom that shirt says "nolvadex ,cause only bitches should have tits",haha love it,got another shirt that says "dianabol,cause i prefer oral" and one other that says "sustanon250,pharmaceutically assisted" and i wear em everywhere.haha

anyway i had a nice chest & calf train tonight,i also take my 10 nearly 11 year old boy with me and he loves doing weights & even more importantly the socialness of the gym.Good people.

I got him to take a video of me benching 140kg,and it turned out cool as,(cheers Tommy),i got some of him doing dumbell benchpress too so il try put that up soon aswell.

Hey I.D.W yeah mate benchpress is my favorite,iv done 170kg for 4 or 5 reps (spotted) recently but thought it would be good to pump out some heavy reps,140kg is an awsome weight for that.im feeling strong as at the moment.

Dam looks like an awsome comp I.D.W,if it was straight out benchpress then count me in mate,but yeah on squats i only go sets of 10 reps at 140kg atg (cause i train alone normaly) & deadlifts i only get 180kg for 4 reps max too.

Maybe next time round i could, maybe? look at entering?

Till then iv gotta eat & sleep more!!!

Pretty sure you can just enter the one lift? Could be wrong though. Do it mate!
Faaark what a unit, no leg drive or nothing just owning it, speaking of bench only there will be a few capo bench only comps going down next year, you should get involved!, huge potential!

Cheers for that guys,if i get a chance to train chest next week,il get my son to video me on benchpress,

But to be honest, im not sure with christmas almost here, if il be able to,

as long as the gyms open tuesday, and i can sweet talk the wife into letting us train,il do it.realisticly i think il get 150kg for 5 reps with no spot.
