Huge increase in size in chest and those arms are looking swole bro!

Strength is awesome too! Repping 3pps at u90kg is v impressive mate.

Looks like its Created a bit of an inbalance though, Legs need work to catch up to that massive upper body of yours. Get in that squat rack and don't leave till u have to be wheeled out in a wheelchair ;)

Thanks soundsgood i really love training upper body,(and lower sometimes)

i do train Legs equally the same as everything else,but i cant work out how to get that mind connection for some reason, heavy weights on the squat rack are a little intimidating. :huh:

last Friday i woke too the meanest cramp in the inside centre of hamstring/quad,it wouldnt pass for at least 5 mins and today i still feel something there.Wicked pain.

been squating up to 170kg so i am trying.

but i do hear ya mate,i would do anything to make my legs grow. :nod:

iv noticed that iv got less body fat for the last 5 or so weeks, but that is proberely because iv slowly decreased food intake.

my wife still recons im fat ha ha :pfft:

Thursday 1st December

Weight tonight 88.1 kg

Had my last test dose on sunday,still feeling good/strong. :D

got a new PB on deadlifts tonight,180kg x 4 reps \:D/ ,and that was after doing lots of reps of other weights too.

Trained Back tonight and it was primo.

seated rows

not sure of weights,just 4 or 5 sets that got heavy as-all good.

Deadlifts

60kg x 15 reps

100kg x 12 reps

120kg x 12 reps

140kg x 10 reps-good control

180kg x 4 reps PB only aimed for 3 but still had power left so went for it. 8)

some pull down machine???

4 sets that got heavy as 1 plate off the stack for 10 reps.

pull over machine

3 sets of heavy as weight-i love this one,whole stack for 10 reps.

that is all, and that was goood fun.

friday 16th December

weight tonight 87.1 kg

Just a quick update for future ref;

its been almost 3 weeks since my last shot of test,and started pct sunday just gone (nearly 1 week ago).

using liquid clomid 50mg/ml X twice a day= 100mg ed for 1week,

then 50mg ed for 2 more weeks.(gives me enough left for next cycle) :D

also 20mg nolvadex ed for 4 weeks.

after that 4 weeks il use T-UP testosterone booster and il also start creatine in another week or two.

that should be enough to get natural test levels back up on track.

strength still feeling good just not as good as i felt 3 weeks ago :lol:

trained chest tonight and it was goood as :D

flat bench press

60kg x 12 reps

100kg x 10 reps

120kg x 8 reps (spotted on last 1)

140kg x 6 reps (forced /spotted on last 2)

120kg x 8 no spot

100kg x 12 last lightly spotted

seated machine incline press

4 sets 1 plate up each time ended on 91kg x 8

db flys

26kg x 15 reps

28kg x 12 reps

30kg x 10 reps

32kg x 10 reps

cable cross overs

4 sets up 1 plate each set,last set 8 reps to failure 8)

so yeep i think things are ticking along nicely,since finishing cycle 3 weeks ago.

looking forward to doing my next cycle after having bout 4 months off aas.

i will still update this journal from time to time.

strong bench press and flyes mate!

I think 32kg dumbbell flyes would rip my arms off, have never tried more than 25's...wicked strength

Shit i might be doing bad form mate,your strength is well ahead of mine,

but as long as wer moving that weight,& its heavy as,Its got to be good for ya.

thursday 22nd December

weight tonight 86.2kg :D ,its got to go down i guess,and im training myself to stop eating all the extra cals that iv been having, for proberly the last 6months while bulking.

um for the next week il be pigging out though :lol:

Ok trained Back tonight and then threw a few leg exersicers in at the end,Iv got to start doing that every second or third day,(still just playing around at the moment for a couple of weeks then i make myself a new programme with lots of leg exersicers in it).

seated rows

4 sets got to a heavy weight,using straps for last set.

Deadlifts

60kg x 15 reps

100kg x 12 reps

120kg x 10 reps

140kg x 8 reps

180kg x 3 reps (last rep was messy,buy got it.,)

seated pull over machine

4 sets ,last set whole stack x 10 reps

hyper-extensionsfor lower back(forgot the name).

only 3 sets with no weight to get the feel of it.(been a while)

squats

60kg x 15 reps

100kg x 12 reps

100kg x 12 reps

standing calf raisers machine

3 sets got to 6 pps x 12 reps

seated pull down machine

150 x 15 reps

190 x 12 reps

210 x 10 reps

seated leg curl machine

3 sets -pretty average 8)

so all in all it was a good work out but i did go too long,(but iv got to start training legs more).

skulled down my protien shake & now its time to find some food!!!

1st of my new workout style,iv picked up the pace now too. :grin:

Nice work on the deadlifts lately mate, leaps and bounds from a few months back :nod:

so all in all it was a good work out but i did go too long,(but iv got to start training legs more).

I wouldn't worry about that too much either, better to give your legs the extra work than cut the session shorter in fear of catabolism. As long as you're getting in some good post-workout feeds and decent sleep you should only see positives from that extra time and work :)

Also forgot to mention in your thread re: leg training that you've got a great attitude towards it all :clap: taking on any and all advice for consideration really shows your open to ideas and just wanting to grow! :twisted:

i honestly nearly black out doing 180kg,always see stars ha ha,about 2 months ago even gave myself a bleeding nose and saw stars on only 1 rep.

so have to agree there, i have improved on those.

I used to black out with 180kg as well bro. I remember one time I fully lost consciousness for about a second.. I literally started falling toward the ground.. weirdest feeling ever... like fainting I suppose but I've never fainted so I don't know. Must be similar.

A few months back I got 20 reps with 180kg... I think the big difference this time around was that I worked up with high reps on the lower weights first... 20 reps with 140 then 160... then 180 is a piece of cake. maybe if u do deadlifts every second week it'd be best for making progress. you could do some rack pulls the other week if your really keen. you'll see your strength on these fly up if u do that.

thats not a silly idea doing them every second week, but tbh im not sure what rack pulls are?but they do sound impressive when you guys talk about them. :nod: (i wonder if they are like a seated compound row?)

fuaark crazy strength! with me, I can usually get about 10 reps for a weight on a rack pull that I can dead lift for one rep.

best if you do them from the top of the knee joint and not further down... that way you can really load the weight up and not have to worry about pulling the bar past your knees.

Well iv had a small break away from the gym over christmas,new year.

But im glad to be back :clap: ,

Went twice to the gym today,trained Legs bout lunchtime,then went back 730pm tonight and trained Shoulders.

Feeling good now.

That was everything i think,its good to be back in the gym and getting the pump back on.

still on hloiday but have lots of digging,breaking concrete and land scaping work to do here at home.(gotta keep mumma happy) but il try get to the gym tomorrow as well and train back and arms.

Digging up the back yard to put in a concrete entertainment area with an open fire place.

mon 16th January

Still be going hard as at home and getting to the gym most of the time,but quite often im still digging,rakeing and compacting till its dark and i miss the gym!!!

anyway back to work on thursday (where i can rest :lol: ),and getting cement poured on saturday,(still shit loads to be done),

So back to normality soon,i cant wait. :nod:

started creatine 14/01 (need it for recovery).

Thursday 26th January

weight tonight 85kg(and lastnight)

Just feel like im getting back into some good routine now im back at work and eating properly again,I love christmas but its a pain in the ass messing up training and routines.

Enough complaining now back in to the good stuff. :D (training)

Trained Arms tonight ,And Legs lastnight.

standing bicep curls (curl bar)

Seated db curls

seated machine curls

preacher machine curls

triceps-seated with db behind head

cable pushdowns ss different position cable pushdowns

rope pushdowns

machine triceps

And lastnight i did legs,this year they will be more concentrated and more sets!!

my legs are bloody sore tonight,i bet they will be worse tomorrow. :lol:

my strength isnt as good as it was pre christmas,but im going as hard as i can.(still good strength).

It wont be long and il be pumping again.
