wednesday 7th september

weight tonight 86.8kg up .2kg since lastnight,trained legs lastnight and had a good one.

trained shoulders tonight and it was algood. :nod:

my last workouts have been awsome,no major strength gains yet but im getting fully pumped,lookin swole while training. :D

Lastnight after doing squats i got a wicked lower back pump,and nearly each exersice after that nearly crippled me,couldnt get rid of that pain.

even after gym i couldnt stand and talk,too painful!

this week iv been eating rediculsly clean,its a mission getting down dry chicken breasts,rice and veges 3 times a day at work.

next week il make a nice batch of primium beef mince,thay will be easier to get down and good bulking food.

Also been changing exersicers and adding new ones each time, so its hard trying to keep track and write them down here.

any ways everything is going to plan so im happy as larry bout that.

i hear ya on the rice,chicken breast and vege front!! hard to get it down

ive been putting a little olive oil over mine, sum times some soy or sweet chilli :shifty: :shock:

yea mike its bloody hard to get down alright in 15-20 mins,its was a bit easyier mixing in 1 cup of chicken soup with it.(but still takes time).

weight today 87.6kg,surprised it has gone up cause i ate sweet f all before going to the gym,a bit busy today.

Trained Back today and it was pretty standard,didnt have too much extra strength at all really!!

lovin it.

trained Chest tonight and got back to doing flat bb benchpress (had 2 weeks off),and got a goood pump.

Tuesday 13th September

weight tonight 88.8 kg,nice trained Legs tonight and was all good strength wise,but felt a bit jellyed in the legs,it might be cause i had 1 scoop s.p250 & 1 scoop s.pmax mixed.???

Is there any way around getting lower back pump?.

after doing squats my back is fully akeing,i had to rest before driving home and that was still uncomfortable as hell.

weight tonight 89.4kg,iv been eating lots and drinking 2-3 litres of water a day at work + more at home & nather litre while at the gym,but weigh myself before training,always same time.

had a mean workout and trained shoulders tonight,strengths still pretty much the same,just got a bit more lasting power (slightly).

cable side raises not sure of name on this exersice?

also noticed my strength has sky rocketed heaps,benchpress is my strength indacator. :wink:

May be the deca has started to help my joint pain???

weight tonight 89.8kg,have had a slow weight gain on this cycle of test & deca,1st 3 weeks i had a split in the corner of me mouth, and every time i tried to eat,it would split open again (frustrating as f*ck!),then week 4, I got a mean flu-that just made me loose my appertite!! :evil: ,

but i still havnt missed a day in the gym so still been gaining strength. :wink:

Tonight has been my best strength wise,trained CHEST,ohh yeeea!!

benched 160kg for four reps,thats proberly my best :shifty: ,felt fucking stong as f*ck tonight. :nod:

Hey twl,i think mind power has alot to do with it (i look forward to chest night),

And the testosterone plays a big part,when not on it i normaly sit on 120kg.

Also i live for the gym really,no alcohol (i like to keep increasing & seeing results).

had the last of my deca tonight (.5ml) with 1.2ml test,just cracked open a 10ml vial.

been having 600mg p/w test for a few weeks now,il proberly keep going on test now till i run out.

thursday 10th november

weight tonight 89kg,im struggling to put weight on this cycle,im guessing its cause im only 171cm tall and i cant easily cram much more size on my frame?

after i finish this cycle il take 4-5 months off aas and go hard again naturally.im wondering if that might help me gain more size?

strength is still pumping along nicely though so im not complaining. :lol:

this is a copy of my blood test results that i got yesterday;

tonight we trained back,which went real well,i got pb on deadlifts :clap:

found some no-dos in the pantry so i took 3 100mg ones,it gave me a bit more focus and i felt strong as,next training il take 4 off them to see how that goes since iv been off superpump for about a month.

Yeep youve hit the nail on the head,i am eating well but i know im not eating well enough,some of my slow cooker brews just dont do it for me.

I give myself big as portions but end up only eating half,dam i need new recipes.
