UPDATE

still training hard as,and some,(thanks to my training partner).

1 week of nolva to go,then iv finished my pct,weight at the moment is just over 85kg,(7kg loss) and i think that was belly weight as im getting definition back in my abs. but i have held on to most of my strength.

still pushing max weight!!!

my eating has got pretty slack at the mo aswell,lifes just been busy in general.

starting a new program on monday,

1 muscle group per night,2 days on then 1 day off (rest).

i will update things on here when i get time.

Thursday 23rd June

Weight tonight 85.9kg :D ,feeling like im lean again ha ha,iv been 85+kg for the last couple of weeks and its holding nicely.

iv proberly cut my eating in half compared to what i was eating on cycle.

i can now put my socks on no probs :pfft:

i can get my arms to my face to have a wash :pfft: (was a mission)

i fit my new jeans again perfectly.(were to tight on cycle).

could proberly wear my wedding ring :shrug: (cut it off,too tight).

and i have got some flexability back. :clap:

thats just a few good things after loosing 6kg of weight,

at the moment still up 6.5kgs since beggining testosterone cycle.

trained BACK tonight,was a good workout but a bit of a struggle. :D

Wednesday 6th July

Weight tonight 85.7kg :D ,all good.

Trained CHEST tonight,and got a mean as pump after db Flys.

have been training hard as poss till failure and still havent missed a day.

Finished my tub of creatine now,but im not too sure if i have got anything off it?

il find out in the next week or two if my weight or strength drops.

Flat bench press

60kg x 12 reps

100kg x 10 reps

120kg x 8 reps (only just got it)

140kg x 4 reps (spotted and forced,but was good,dam thats heavy)

120kg x 6 reps (only just got it)

DB incline bench press

34kg x 10 reps

42kg x 8 reps

48kg x 6 reps (spotted)

50kg x 4 reps (spotted arrrh)

DB Flys

18kg x 15 reps

22kg x 12 reps

Weight tonight 86.4 kg,very happy with my weight,got down to 84.9kg at one stage but have been hovering round 85.5kg-86.5kg.

:grin:

Trained Arms tonight & changed a few exersicers round(new ones),was all good,arms got tight as hell.

spider curls

20kg x 12 reps

25kg x 10 reps

30kg x 8 reps

30kg x 8 reps

bb curls

5 sets,unsure of weight(preset bars)straight & curl bars

cable curls

4 sets,unsure of weight,kept increasing anyway.

rope pushdowns

3 sets,increasing till full stack,12 reps.

bar pushdowns

same as rope but different position.

db seated behind the head (triceps)

34kg x 12 reps

38kg x 10 reps

42kg x 8 reps

42kg x 7 reps

46kg x 6 reps (assisted)

skull crushers

3 sets 20 reps,12 reps,12 reps

2 different preset curl bars.

so that was all for tonight,we went extra hard :D ,it was awwwwsome.

we did db incline a bit different tonight,we only went up half to three quarters and held them paralelle(i cant spell that word fcuk!!?),nice kept the pump on fully the whole motion.

Good to see consistancy mate - I think I always trained harder post cycle as its like sifting for gold in a river. You pack a lot of dirt in your pan and then filter it down to find you gold nugget. :)

ha ha too true mate, :D ,i can see those nuggets now in the mirror when training,(well getting there now).

its been good training with some one thats a little stronger too,he keeps pushing me.

i still havent missed a day training,2 on then 1 off (rest) and still lovin it .

lost a little strength,post cycle, but i have gained some too. :grin:

i think iv got a good base now to pack on some real mass,

so in two months time,(if all pans out) im gonna do test/deca/d-bol stack,

really looking forward to that.

It was the best cycle that iv done,weight & strength wise,

gained 12.5kg and so far im holding to 7kg. :grin:

started at79.4kg

heaviest i got was 91.9kg

i went 14 weeks which i think was a little bit too long for me,

i kind of platoed (spelling) week 12.

if you want to check out my cycle its on page 9-15 and i recorded it every day,just so i can look back at it sometime and compare.

weights went from

110kg bench press at 8 reps to

140kg bench press at 8 reps.

now im doing 120kg benchpress for 8 reps nicely. 8)

finished cycle may 15th so been natural now for nearly 3 months.

cant wait to do it all again,now iv got diet sorted.

to be honest 140kg felt heavy as f*ck bringing down my first rep,but after that it felt good with good control going up and brining back down.

just had to keep moving,no time to pause,but i did enjoy that weight.

150kg felt too heavy but i did 4 forced reps at one time.thats what 140kg feels like now-dam heavy!

I brought 3kg rump steak and some kidneys today,il chuck that in the slow cooker tonight with 1kg rice & 1kg winter veges and kumra and 3 pkts beef stroganoff mix for flavor.cook for bout 5 hours,walla, done,il proberly get 16 400gram bags.then freeze em. yum.

once i start my next cycle il leave the rice out (cook seperately) and add another kg of meat.then serving size will be 600 gram bags.

Wednesday 10th August

weight tonight 86.3kg,nice but today iv decided to start leaning up for 2 months before i hit my next bulking cycle.

not sure what weight il get down to but i really want to loose my belly and see some abs. :pfft:

i have been given an ab circle pro that il use, every day im not training at the gym.

today iv started a course of oratane 20mg ed,for 2 months,just to compleatly clear any problem zits,that will get worse with d-bol.

so i wont be breaking any pbs while on that stuff,il go a tad lighter weight and a few more reps.(iv still got an injury from lifting too heavy last time i was taking oratane).

Trained Back, tonight and it felt good,lovin it :D

Dead lifts

80kg x 15 reps

100kg x 12 reps

120kg x 10 reps

140kg x 8 reps

seated rows

71kg x 15 reps

up 2 plates x 12 reps

up 2 more plates x 10 reps

up 2 more plates x 8 reps

seated lat pulldown machine (different one than usually use)

6 sets ? weights up 1 or 2 plates at a time

pull overs machine

4 sets up 1 plate at a time-finished 95kg i think?(heavy :nod: )

im at city fitness, its pretty big, and has lots of dumbells,mirrors and machines.

real busy place too,reminds me of a pub without the piss. :pfft:

Weight today 84.8kg,first time under 85kg in a long time,but all good i have been trying to lean up before starting my next cycle. :D

so thats my start weight on this cycle,took 3 10mg danabols today,and il be starting 500mg ew test enan and 400mg ew deca tomorrow.

trained back today.

4th September

Weight today 86.5kg

Had a great Chest workout today,i felt strongish but my body was feelin a wee bit sore.i just went with the flow with workout partner and did good concentration on everything. :nod:

just took 1 ml test & 1 ml deca,very smooth. :grin:

Nice workout,i think the danabol is working a bit already cause i feel a sense of wellbeing even a bit high ha ha.
