15th Feb

weight tonight 83.7kg :-s

had a good chest/bicep workout tonight,got 7 reps @ 120kg on bench(not much of a spot),and 100kg feels easy as.so im happy with that. :)

took my time at the gym tonight,no hurry & got it done in 1 hr 45ish.

im getting a new programe on thursday so im looking forward to the change.

17th Feb

weight tonight 83.5kg! may be im not eating enough?even though i eat all smoko & lunchtime & some but im just not feeling full.

il work on getting more food in me after work,im slacking a bit there i think.

had my first night with a personal trainer tonight,f*ck me it was hard out.

he is the biggest dude at my gym ,and hes right up with the play when it comes to training.

the workout only took 1 hour,but it was bloody intense,im doining some new exercisers too so i can only improve on the traning sessions time.

i would like to get it under one hour eventually.

we trained chest & biceps tonight,& i got a new meaning to pumped,

really looking forward to new training,its got to be good for ya. :shock:

nice going with your training and goals,

just wanted to say I think 10 weeks of oral gear is too long. Maybe I read it wrong or you've changed it up since then but looks like you're doing d'bols (danabol== dianabol?) for 10 weeks. I wouldn't do it for that long the toxicity on the liver is for a sustained period

Hi there Android,

i must have worded it wrong somewhere,yeep your right 10 weeks d-bol is far too long,

im taking them only for 4 weeks,im at the end of week 3 now,and im looking forward to the test enanthate to kick in.

even though i love 20mg d-bol pre workout,its a shame that its harsh so on the liver.

i have some liquid d-bol 50mg/ml that im thinking of adding in near the end,but still undecided at the moment?

weight 83.1kg today very disappointed,but i only ate small breakfast thismorning and got to the gym at 12pm very hungry! :evil:

trained back & lats today,finished under 1 hour.

:madman: a bit frustrated with todays workout,trying to suss out what exercise is what!theres different ways to do eg,bentover rows(i dont know what one to do)aaahhh.

new program!

Hi there frantic,i never normally go to the gym hungry(thats probably why i was a wee bit frustrated with my new program.)and it was really hot in the gym too.i was ready to go to the gym at 10.30am,but was held up till 12pm.

:)

I made a slow cooker pot of sweet and sour chicken last night(turned it off at 3am),it has 2.5kg skinless,boneless chicken breasts,1kg winter vegetables,3 onions,2 cans of sweet & sour(just add chicken).

I got 11 bags at 400-450grams,so thats my 2 smokos per day sorted for the week.il just add brown rice to each bag every meal.

weight tonight 85.2kg, :shock: ,wow now thats what i wanna see :grin:

trained shoulders & triceps tonight,i dont know all of my new exercisers & how to do them yet so i chucked in some of my old ones instead for now.

il be catching up with personal trainer again soon,so i can sort this out! :evil:

weight tonight 84.5kg im still happy with that,i can only get heavier from there as long as i keep my eats up. :D

trained chest & biceps tonight & it was heaps easier than last sesh with p.t.

training back with my training partner now,so thats all good,we can push each other(no homo)ha ha ha.

iv had sweat running down my neck all day,not sure if its because its dam hot or its from supps?but its got to be a good thing aye.

p.s i feel sorry for those peeps in ch ch,one mean mutha fuckin earthquake.

had a workout tonight with a personal trainer (huge),and we went through almost everything that we hadnt already done :D ,we have got our program sorted out now yaae,

this programe has a 16 day cycle(im impressed),really looking forward to doin it. :nod:

gonna have a bit of a play around at the gym tomorrow then start our program monday.

nice job on the weight gain - at the start of the curve though wll be good to see what another 5kg looks like on you.

Hey thanks Optimass,id be stoked if i could hit 90kg on this cycle,its been 4 weeks nearly up and i have gained 5.8kg,so a bit over six weeks to gain another 4.8kg(could be done?).

im already getting heaps of comments on my size,especially when i wear a singlet.

:grin:

i do have pullovers in my program already,and found out tonight that i did bentover rows backwards and totally wrong. :clubbed:

il post a before & after pic at the end of my cycle so you can see the progress iv made.

weight tonight 84.8kg,i felt id be lighter 2night because i missed my 3 o'clock meal!

trained shoulders & back 2nite,was a good sesh :nod: ,

starting day 1 of our new program on monday. :D

felt tired as 2day,im gonna have an early one 2night.

rest day 2day :pfft: (yea right),iv got a pile of firewood to move,all good though cause i just had 20mg danabol(should help).

I made a batch of 3kg mince & veges with 2 cans of just add mince to eat during the week at work.

doesn't smell or look great,but thats just mince.

made 10 400grm bags so il just add brown rice to each bag.

trained chest & biceps tonight,bench 120kg for 8 reps with no spot,so strength & weight still going up.

4 weeks on cycle now,so iv finished danabols today as well. :cry:

weight tonight 85.4kg trained legs tonight,1st set of warm up squats i fully split my shorts :oops: ,dam,so i did hack squats on a machine instead!

not a good start,but just got into it and tried my best to hide my butt. :pfft:

my strength is feeling good & it was another sweaty night.

im still eating hard out too.(heaps)

so its good to see that im still gaining weight,im stoked as :grin:

trained back tonight,im still havin trouble doing bent over rows :evil:

but il keep on trying,its got to get easier.

everything else was good(even chins) :lol: ,im not a big fan of those either,they seem to get harder to do,the more weight you gain.

Good feeling splitting shorts open huh, legs must be swole.

Like to see u reach 90 mate maybe make up extra kg of mince and bag 600gms...nice read keep pushing limits in gym, with food :-)

yep it was a good moment splitting my shorts,it sounded quite loud to me when they let go.ha ha ha

i wish it was caused by my legs been swole,but i think it was caused my glutes been slightly bigger than usual?

i have decided to focus more on legs now since starting my new program :nod:

i have always trained legs but havent given them enough attention really.

Today i felt like "im over eating food food & more food".but after seeing the scales go up,im keen as to eat eat & eat more.

its a mission trying to get all that food in but it is really paying off now,so it is worth the hassle of always eating.

90 may be conservative mate - i find gains at about week 8 the best (normally averaging 1kg per week from 6 to 10 week mark. Slow it down by doing a bit of cardio normally. Keep eating tho - whole chickens lunch and dinner :grin: normally around $12 for 2 from the supermarket deli :grin:

hey there Optimass,

i got a whole roast chicken today after work and my son & i cleaned it up,yuu--mmy :D ,it was $12.99 for 1,but i have seen them cheaper sometimes.

weight is still gaining each day,i have 5 weeks to go on this 10 week cycle so il try for over 90kg,but would be happy with 90kg. :grin:

4th March

weight tonight 86.2kg 8)

had good energy tonight at the gym(and its friday :shock: ),trained shoulders and triceps,was all good.

this is the exersicers i did;

lateral raise

3 sets-12,10,8 machine

reverse machine press

3 sets-12,10,8

db Arnie press

3 sets-12,10,8

front raise SS reverse fly

3 sets-12,10,8

shoulder shrugs

3 sets-12,10,8

tricep rope pulldown

3 sets-12,10,8

closegrip bench

3 sets-12,10,8

machine triceps

3 sets-12,10,8

parallel dips

3 sets-12,10,8

i will put down the weight we use eventually,at the moment theres lots of new exersicers that we havent done before,so we will increase as we can(and already have).

im feeling great after that workout.

right i"d better go have some food now. :nod:
