wednesday 26th may

well had a good workout tonight considering i was so tired, iz falling asleep before going to the gym. :boohoo:

im back on liquid d-bol now, so iv had 50mg today and didnt notice much change really.

im not sure if im going too heavy on benchpress and incline because i go to my max max max and find im in alot of pain in bicep/forearm join area.

so sore,on cable cross overs it hurts to do light weight,that sucks,last week i was doing all the plates on the machine.same pain that i got last friday after chins,so i just kept on going and the pain did get less but it did f*ck up my workout. :evil:

i got a real good bicep pump on tonight,looks like im getting good size?got comment on that,found it hard to even bend me arm after gym tonight. :pfft:

had a bloody good workout tonight,i had to keep checking if the pin was in the right hole, because the weight felt light(not much straining at all).

changed me programme just a tad aswell,instead of doing 5 sets of 5 reps,i did 4 sets of 8 reps.

im still eating like a horse too,weighed myself in my birthday suit last night,i weighed83 kg so im up 7kg since beggining cycle :grin: ,but il wait till monday morning to get my true weight,monday just gone i was 81kg so not gaining as much weight as i should be,going by the amount im eating.any way im at the heavyest that iv ever been, so i cant complain at that. \:D/

monday 7th june

queens birthday holiday

gym was only open 9-12 thismorning(dammit),so i missed it cause i slept in,needed the sleep. :pfft: first time this year that iv missed.

weighed myself today on empty stomic,birthday suit.

83kggood stuff :nod:

so iv put a true 7kg in 5 weeks,started week 6 today,i only have enough sustanon250 for 10 weeks cause iv been doing 1.1ml-1.2ml each time,i had 25ml to start,but im happy to do just 10 weeks,i hope i can get to at least 86kg by the end,that would be 10 kg gain. :grin:

i also took my 8year old son with me so that slowed things down a bit,but all good hes a natural(loves coming to the gym with dad.) :grin:

ha ha yea he does love doin weights(just like his dad)unfortunatelythe gym im at changed their mind about Tommy joining up. :(

but i do have a workout station in me shed that he has a play on. :jive:

if hes still keen in a nather year or so,il join him up.(hopefully).
