he's strong no doubt but form could be alot better, what are dumbell presses for? the chest right?then use them to make the chest work as much as possible and the shoulders and tris to work as little as possible if it means giving up weight for form, its gonna make you stronger in the long run. my five cents worth anyway.

first vid - as said above

second - your deadlift form needs some work and dont think you locked it out at the top

third - using your arms too much and not enough stretch of the lats

fourth - using too much weight, try using less and powering down then releasing slowly all the way to the top to stretch the lats

but thats just my imo and i only lift weights reminiscent of pump classes so my opinion is invalid

I don't doubt that. What I wonder is why you're assuming he's doing that exercise to "work his chest". Not everybody serves up a menu of muscle groups that have to be trained in isolation.

no but then he would be better off doing a bench press or a closegrip bench if out and out pressing strength was the goal, use the right tool for the job, I know there are no rules really but some methods are gonna work better than others mostly but not for ever. This is still a body building site right? why would you presume he's not wanting to work his chest? your assuming too

nice deadlift, hard to keep the back flat as the weights get higher, try tightening your weight belt a little more, see if it makes a difference.

lat pull downs look a little on the heavy side, try a bit lighter and pull the bar down closer to the chest, keep shoulders back and down thoughout movement and keep the chest out and proud, will "isolate" the lats better, oh theres that word isolate!!!!! keep up the hard work and you'll do well!
