Wow old post now.

I'm still the same - a bit stronger though. My training is instinctive.

I hate planning it all out so just do as I feel and gradually ease up the weights over time. Seldom get injuries and have time off ocasionally.

Presently training 5x per week including grip and kettlebell sessions plus regular weights. I like to focus on the main lifts at the gym.

KB's I love and just bought a set recently along with a weight vest. But I'm 42 now and have been training since I was 16.
