This is me after 6months at the gym.... I am around 72.5 kgs at the time. For me, i have made pretty good progress and gained over 6kgs. My best mate told me that I used to look like a 13yr old girl but now i;ve beefed up so much (compared to the old me...)

I can't claim to be an expert on 13-year-old girls, but I'm fairly certain they don't look like that.

You're looking good - shoulders especially. Keep eating hard, and I predict they'll be a really strong body part for you. Have you got some more angles for us to see?

thanx everyone. Yeah my trainer suggests that i eat whenever i feel like and almost overload my eating lol. Im 16, around 180cm. hopefully i will be around 80kg by the end of the year. I'll post other pics soon. chur chur
