Thanks guys. Pretty happy.

Body for Life is all done. I'll stick with a fairly similar program, 3 days of weights, and three of cardio but with a different split on the weight days. Had been thinking of doing chest and biceps; legs and shoulders; back and triceps, doing as many compound movements/exercises as possible. I'd like to get the body fat down to below 15% and then build some muscles.

The expression in the last pic is a result of my girlfriend giving me a hard time about being a poser!

Why thankyou. One of the benefits of living with the Mrs. Had to go the gym with a pink towel the other day.

I hate it when that happens :pfft: ... mine washed my fav white shirt with a red towel .... no end of grief as I can't bere to let it go. :doh:

Great transformation - off to a great start :)
