lol @ John and SFS!! Saved to comp. :lol:

Poos im not at coast unfortunately, just went for a casual which was mint. Still stuck with the ghetto garage setup :grin:

Did some squats today just practicing form slowly. Only went as far as 90 and did quite a few doubles and triples. Started feeling more natural by the end :)

Hey man have you tried mutant mass? Honestly I think you should try it. I stopped taking it and all my weight increases started to slow down. Didn't know why but now I'm taking mutant mass again my lifts are way stronger then they have ever been. Don't think I was getting enough of the right calories or something. You might like to try the mutant mass as well because you have a similar body composition to me :nod:

Going to start another journal (lol) with my last 3 workouts if you want to take a look :D

yeah wouldn't waste money on mutant mass even if I had any $ :lol:

Started an internship this week, long hours, stressful as, madness. No training and diet has been non-existent...terrified to jump on the scales :(

It finishes next Friday so theres nothing to do except suck it up and then smash the calories and training hard once its over.

Haven't even had time to stalk nzbb as per usual! :pfft:

Gonna do a full body workout today and probably tomorrow as well.
