rimma do u know what u OHP for a tripple?

and do u use a full ROM to chest or chin?

I don't know, but I will be finding out in the next month or two as 5/3/1 weights progress. My guess would be around 50kg for a triple.

Yep full ROM- I touch it on my clavicles between reps, legs locked out etc.

nice. i think ill have to go back to this, have let my ego get away on me a bit and repping to chin on max set

:naughty: naughty naughty haha. Yeah I dunno it hadn't even occurred to me to shorten the range of motion. Trying to keep form strict as possible on my max sets because things can get a bit hairy haha

hey droped the weight and just did body weight pull ups 2day. got 10 each set over 5 comfortably :grin:

Chins/pulls are cool because they are a good demonstration of strength in relation to bodyweight. 50 comfortable reps is sweet...time for me to gpick up my game haha.

Then did some conditioning:

Sled drag 40m + Tyre throw 20m + OH Tyre carry 20m

5 sets alternating you go I go

Lower back is feeling it! Nutrition has been abit poo today. However BW is constant, strength still increasing, and fat is slowly dropping so very pleased with that.

dam chins, i think ive done about 20 in my life :oops: should realy have a go, but found that they trigger some bad wrist pain, would have to use a bar thats angled a bit.

Chinups are way easier bro. I understand the wrist pain tho, I got it on straight bar curls and skullcrushers when I first started training a year ago.

Yeah deficits are meant to help the bottom of the lift, which is where I struggled when going for one rep max. Might be worth a shot ae!

Bench sesh today. Some highs and some lows.

A couple of my mates have been training with me lately, both are greener than me and weak as tits but I'm hoping they'll get into it and I'll have a proper training partner.

Dropped back to my max set of 65kg. One of these guys is calling reps for me. After 3 he thinks it would be funny to change to counting in French...

I'm pressing the bar repeatedly grunting "English!" "English!" and have no idea where I'm upto. So after my guess of 10 I stop and find out I've done 9 reps-it was my clear goal of the entire workout which I stated to him before to get 10 reps.

I was so fuckin pissed off and sure yelled at the silly bastard haha. Hopefully he got the message though.

Hey Im hoping to get sumthing u would love...A Dozzer tyre! I got a mate who reckons he can hook me up, but he could be talking shit. He reckons its 200kilo+ not sure how heavy it is but would be awsum to look at and even try flip 8)

Bro that sounds sweet haha. I remember someone (maybe drittz?) saying you can get them from tyre shops or beaurepairs or something. Be cool to have some more conditioning type gear, all I have is a homemade sled and a small tyre.

Two poo workouts recently, one self-inflicted (hungover) and one time constraints. Today was a bit better even after getting home at 3am this morning.

Squats

50kg x 5

50kg x 5

60kg x 5

70kg x 3

80kg x 3

85kg x 10 needed 16 for a record so highly unimpressed.

Sat down and had a rest and decided to do it again properly.

85kg x 16 PB The most gruelling set I have ever done haha.

Ab Wheel- half assed

Weighted crunches- half assed

Lunges- half assed

Finished with 100 squats using the bar fast as possible. Just having a silly competiton with my mate probably not going to be ideal for leg development :lol:

Took some measurements. Waist is down 4cm and chest down 1cm.

Biceps, legs, forearm and legs all up 0.5 - 1cm.

Weight is down 2kg but hopefully only because I stopped creatine.. :(

Abs are clearly visible but I aint no Josef Rakich yet :lol:

I looked at myself in the mirror and realised I'm way too small. Might say goodbye to the abs for awhile.

i know your pain re bench, some of us pressing like motherfuckers to try and hit a 100 bench eventually, yet others can train for 6 months and rep 100.
