Introducing a little cardio and cutting back on pre bed peanuts/milk. Got to lose a bit of fat and then hit a slow clean bulk. Would estimate 12-15% bodyfat and want to get to 10% or so (abs defined when unflexed).

Did some bears (chaosandpain exercise) which were pretty badass haha, even with 25kg.

Got the heart rate going anyway!

Front squat- OH press - back squat - BTN press- front squat etc

So fucking hot today.

Squats today, felt really good. Must be the creatine or something, but I am bumping up my estimated max just about every workout.

Helping move house all day today for my brother and his gf.

Fair bit of GPP shifting furniture, and about the only time lifting weights has come in handy :lol:

Pretty shagged for workout at 5:30 but still went okay, long rests.

Finally pulled 150kg on Tuesday. That was my goal for 2010 so a little late but got there in the end :roll:

Bench today, nothing to report, average workout.

Squats tomorrow, looking forward to another 20-rep breathing squat death attempt 8)

150kg deadlift? Nice, same 1RM as me. Looks like I have to work harder :D

Mean shoulder session today, everything felt good particularly chin ups. I was actually going to do "today" yesterday and felt lacklustre...so pretty glad I had another day's rest.

Anyone in Auckland who trained today will know that it was ridiculously muggy and disgusting even with rain outside. Sopping with sweat.

You're much further ahead than me in the other three though :pfft:

With the 5/3/1, the dedicated day to OH Press should see you rocket it up I would guess.

Nothing rude about the truth :lol: Neglected them for far too long, realised I sucked at them and neglected some more haha :doh:

If you took BW into account I think we'd actually be quite similar.

With the 5/3/1, the dedicated day to OH Press should see you rocket it up I would guess.

rimma do u know what u OHP for a tripple?

and do u use a full ROM to chest or chin?

I don't know, but I will be finding out in the next month or two as 5/3/1 weights progress. My guess would be around 50kg for a triple.

Yep full ROM- I touch it on my clavicles between reps, legs locked out etc.

haha no doubt about it, and I'll keep an eye on your journal. In my (limited) experience I've found the OHP to be the slowest thing to grow on 5/3/1 though, maybe just because its the smallest of the lifts.
