As above..

been going hard properly at the gym for about 6 months, heres my progress pics, i cant find any pics of me from the beginning of the year as a comparison but have pics from August this year, Im wanting to get stronger, lean, but short term goals atm are to get cut and lose around 4 kgs for summer!

I got a BF% test and im 17%, 167cm 70kg, eventually long term goal is to get to 12%. after summer i am going to bulk over winter and pack on more weight muscle and strength... i hope

Will start cutting next week after i finish uni... hard to concentrate on study when i have minimal to no carbs!

Any advice or critique welcome!

Rose- yeah thats a banner of bruce lee on my wall, one day ill be like him haha.

Steak- Duty free alcohol! ive accumulated a few bottles this year, but dont drink as much so it sits there and waits.. :pfft: New years itll be all gooone.

Some of my figures below too, i try to improve these every couple weeks.

Barbell squats= 95.5 @ 10

Leg press= 160kg @ 10

Deadlifts= 115kg @ 5 PB

Flatbench= 75.5kg, aiming for 90-100 by the end of year, wrist injury meant i had to hold off for a while.

Trap pull down (freeweight) 120kg @ 10

Cheers mate, shit I haven't updated this for ages, but started cutting for new years, went up north, so wanted to look half decent without so much pudge, lost 4kgs, and got to 11.8% BF, unfortunately I dont have any pics.

Am still going hard on my 5 day routine, and back to 70kgs and 14% BF, compared to last year before my cutting when i was 70kgs and 17% BF, now and starting to bulk, would like to idealy get to 75kgs, and decide from there (when I get there) if I want to try 80 kg, but i am thinking this may be too big in proportion to my height, 167cm, so dont want to look really stocky!

Have added pics, last update pics were 4 months old, Working on my quads hams and calves, <- Goal this year to get them bigger and ripped :)

One heck of a woman, Thanks, thats awesome that you are inspired by my pics  I try take progress pics every 3 months, or when i feel that ive made some improvements or changes, when taking photos, try take them from same angle and position so you can really see improvements as time progresses.. I am inspired by alot of peoples progression and pics on here.. and the transformation thread on BB.com if you want to check out more!

Am still on Eatme whey protein 3 times a day, and creatine, and have started using Jack3d pre-workout supplement.

thanks for watching!

Looking awesome, your hard training is certainly payiing off. I hope you are paying as much attention to your legs, upper body is nicely balanced. Keep it up.. Love the Finding Nemo duvet cover!!!!

Thanks Canty, yeah definitely, legs have never been my strong point, but i have been going hard since end of last year, squats, extensions, curls, lunges, leg press, and hack squats, Im going to start doing legs two days a week, as its hard to fit it all in as well as calves!!

Really my main goal for mid year to improve and get bigger legs, last thing I want is big upper stick legs

And my duvet cover is NOT nemo... just happened to be clown fish resembling him haha

Thanks Kittykat :)

Training is going good, but my eating not so much, been eating lots but not really that clean, Weight fluctuates between 71-72, might have to get some mutant mass if i dont see any real weight gains soon

Trying to get to 75kgs, atm on im 115kg squats 5x5 ATG, 280kg legpress, 102 leg extension, and 70 hammy curls, 80kg hack squats legs are improving quite abit which is good as i feel this is my weak point, going to add lunges into my legs rountine too.

Your doing squats, leg press, hack squats, extensions and leg curls and you want to add lunges aswell? Surely not all in one workout?

Yeah alternate between leg curls and lunges, abit of variety never hurt?
