A lot of people may not realise the amount commitment, dedication & patience it takes, especially when our hormones love to store fat! It's taken me many years of rowing & weight training to build up my muscle.

All this brah talk makes me want to go surfing!! (brah boys :pfft: )

My bb.com supplements arrived today :dancing:! I got some orange Xtend to have during my workouts - particularly when I do cardio before breakfast and seriously lacking energy!! Also gaspari chocolate MyoFusion which I just tried then and it's YUM! Some gaspari CytoleanV2... and some fake tan for summer :grin: .

Exercise: 10min row, 10min run, 10min elliptical + shoulders

Started taking 2 gaspari fat burners & changed to gaspari shakes today, they're freakin delicious!

Got a bit carried away on my cheat meal (thought I'd throw 1 in there once a week on a Wednesday night to keep me focused during the week). I planned to have a sorbet ice cream then had a couple extras. Next week I'll be more careful... even though it's only once a week I don't want to reverse some of the hard work that I've done the rest of the week.

Hey thanks Groovy, yeah I find it terribly hard to keep dieting during exams, it's the most stressful time of year and all I want to do is eat chocolate & carbs! Haha. I think dieting will be a piece of cake (not literally!) now :grin:

Cool! Is it diet friendly?? I always just get the salmon & chicken sushi.

Well good luck with your diet and bring on the summer. Awesome weather to be out and about or beach..or having a beer...uummm..... =P~ =P~

I guess its ok, its mainly chicken wrapped in coconut powder, rice and some bbq type sauce (tastes sweet though) . i guess it could be one or you cheat meals. :pfft: :pfft: :pfft:

What a crazy weekend! Very up & down with training. I woke up on Saturday morning in Whangamata & went for a run on the stormy beach in the pouring rain. I was buggered after that! Had a good day of eating but ate too much late that night (there was so much food around - now I remember how hard summer holiday dieting is!) Recovered my diet on Sunday, Monday morning I was too tired to get up & exercise, traveled down to Hamilton for an interview, had a big lunch & then recovered my diet again after that. Somehow my focus went out the window from all that traveling & lack of sleep. Better planning next time! I was back on track on Tuesday...
