1. 1/3C Oats, 1/3C berries, 1tpn nuts& seeds, 4 egg whites

2. 1/2 scoop protein, 1t nut butter, 1/2 orange

3. 1/2 scoop protein, 1t nut butter, 50g kumara

4. 5 pieces sushi

5. 1/2 scoop protein, 1t nut butter, 50g kumara

6. 1/2 scoop protein, 1t nut butter, 1/2 orange

7. Subway roasted chicken salad

8. 1 orange

Sleep: 7hrs

Exercise: Full body weights workout. 3 sets each muscle group 8-12 reps

I prefer my home cooking!! :D but it's pretty good for on-the-go food :nod:

I forgot to say that I changed gyms on Thursday, so now I'm training at a small gym 5 minutes from home, really nice equipment - not a lot but everything I need to get the job done \:D/

That's a lot of time you'll be saving by having your gym so close. More time for workouts! :grin:

Fishing is def a great way to unwind.

Yeah it's working out really well, I've always liked big gyms because of the atmosphere but the convenience of my new little gym makes it awesome, & I've found I don't actually mind a small gym as long as they have good equipment! :grin:

Hmm i seem to be missing a couple of days in my log, that's a bit slack of me, I'll have to set up a regular time to write an entry each day, otherwise how will you know if I'm being consistent or not?!! :grin:

Exercise: 30mins plyos - this workout killed me!!! :puke: But it was so good!

09/11/09

2. 1/2 scoop protein, 1t nut butter, 50g kumara

3. 1/2 scoop protein, 1t nut butter, 50g kumara

4. 5 pieces sushi

5. 1/2 scoop protein, 1t nut butter, 50g apple

6. 1/2 scoop protein, 1t nut butter, 1/2 apple

7. 180g Gurnard, fibrous vegetables, 1T oil

8. 1 orange

Sleep: 7hrs

Exercise: 30mins elliptical, moderate to fast pace

2. 1/2 scoop protein, 1t nut butter, 1/2 orange

3. 1/2 scoop protein, 1t nut butter, 50g kumara

4. 5 pieces sushi

5. 1/2 scoop protein, 1t nut butter, 50g kumara

6. 1/2 scoop protein, 1t nut butter, 1/2 orange

7. 180g Gurnard, fibrous vegetables, 1T oil

8. 1 orange, 1 apple (normally have 1 piece of fruit for dessert but was particularly hungry)

Sleep: 7hrs

Exercise: Full body weights workout

I'm in an incredibly good mood at the moment because I just sat my last exam for the year! Wahoo! Such an awesome feeling :grin:

AND my jeans are feeling extra baggy. I think it's time for another measure up soon to see how the figures have changed so far - I'll make it on Monday.

Here's my yesterday, 11/11/09

4. 5 pieces sushi

6. 1/2 scoop protein, 1t nut butter, 1/2 apple

7. 180g Chicken, veges, olive oil

8. 1 orange

Sleep: 7hrs

Exercise: 15mins treadmill, 15mins elliptical

If you're ever near Botany south (where Celsius is) go to Sushi Roll, they have the best sushi I've ever tried! Mmmmmmmmm

Good on you to keep up the diet even during the exams, i am sure its very hard trying to study and diet and gym.

Anyway funny u should mention that sushi roll place. I work like 100m from that place and have the Crazy chicken. its was very =P~ =P~ =P~ =P~

You should try it.

Hey thanks Groovy, yeah I find it terribly hard to keep dieting during exams, it's the most stressful time of year and all I want to do is eat chocolate & carbs! Haha. I think dieting will be a piece of cake (not literally!) now :grin:

Cool! Is it diet friendly?? I always just get the salmon & chicken sushi.

Well good luck with your diet and bring on the summer. Awesome weather to be out and about or beach..or having a beer...uummm..... =P~ =P~

I guess its ok, its mainly chicken wrapped in coconut powder, rice and some bbq type sauce (tastes sweet though) . i guess it could be one or you cheat meals. :pfft: :pfft: :pfft:
