looks like your carrying some good size round your arms amoung other areas bro, whats ur weight now and goal weight?

Mid 90s last time i checked at somewhere round 18-20%bf. 124kg+ at less than 5%bf long term goal, seems a long long way away though haha

thats mine 2 bro...... 8)

so your not specificly dieting down too any given weight for your "cut" trying to add LEAN MASS while losing fat more like it?

Haha that would certainly be a very long term goal for me!

Nah not looking to drop to any specific weight just to reduce the excess round the mid section in particular, so will use the callipers every couple of weeks to make sure its coming off the right places.

Great arms and delts, man. You make an awesome silhouette.

Now, allow me to turn the lights on. :D

And I don't think you're anywhere near 18-20% BF.

Lol, yeah sorry about the quality of the pics but hey I try spend my time in the gym not at home taking pics of myself :pfft:

Yeh not sure of bf% but my scales say round 28% and a 3 point calliper test done by myself says around 18% which seems about right to me.

I would have guessed 12-14% based on the delt separation I can see there, 3 points not the most accurate go for a 6 point?

again if you want the best result, go the nine point....the degree of difference from 3 -6 is heaps three is shit as the above poster said...if you can find someone to do it 9 all the way!!!!
