Thanks, lucky lighting I guess. Negative on the cardio atm. I get in the cricket nets and play cricket, thats about it, only couple more weeks of that what will free up a couple of days.

still need to stretch hips more.

2 weeks of cricket left(fingers crossed, semi finals this weekend :))

Pretty solid week so far. Good sleep, quality carbs, solid intensity to the bar.

Still a few niggles, knee was back today, but confident it will go away once crickets over. Back in the rack in a couple weeks. But still hips tight. not much back pain, no sharp spikes when pressing.

Had to cut calves short today because was cramping up hard!

Leg Press

My form is usually medium/wide stance toes slightly pointed as deep as possible, but last 3 sets i think went narrow as f*ck toes slightly pointed and less depth, felt good

Here is after the mega bulk. got a little crazy with the food for about 6-7months. but been pretty clean(not perfect) over the last few months, and just took some measurements. Shoulders and chest were up a lot(since last time cant remeber the date if it was b4 or during the mega bulk  ). arms are the same although im sure my guns are bigger. calves the same(i pretty disappointed, then again u get out what u put in.) waist is down, Hips are slightly down also thigh is down. and weight is down, and strength has increased. although So i guess thats a win? lost in all areas where i store most of the fat.

Still eating solid just not as fucken stupid!

Do you think this is ok progress? I had trained for about 14months in the first pic and another 14+ after the second.

in the first pic lol it looks as if I have no arse. then for about 3 months I did squats 3x a week and my hip measurement went through the roof!

Thanks big fella

Didn't get arrested, although had a good court session on Saturday night. We lost our last game of cricket for the season what was a shame, but took 1/2 of the trophy's on offer, and was our first season in that grade. Unfortunately we didn't bring our A game on the day and paid the ultimate price :( First game we lost to that team all year too

I hate training in the rain.

Hamstring/Delts

Definatly find it harder to push weight after training hammys, so going to switch it every week delts/hams, hams/delts
