Still can't walk good, legs for me are always real sore for 2days, then another 2days after that but not so bad. So Hopfly 2mrw a bit more ROM :grin:

Im actuly happy with my chest development. well its still shit but Imo its actuly starting to get more of a round shape to it. My traininig in the past hasnt been the best for it but I think Im starting to hit the grove. More Dumbels, more volume and more inclines.

2day, shoulders were a bit niggly, hand is CTS and the sniffles still haning around. But all n all pumped it out and felt pretty ok, mayb a 7.5/10.

Need to get a couple more cast iron 5kg, I have to go from 27-30kg dumbels, where a 28/29kilo would be better. and the 30s+ are big f*ck me off gumby things :lol:

Got 2 weeks Holiday! :)

Wont have a training partner for a week.

I don't like to drink, but I might head to the pub for a couple since its a plant shutdown. Couple games of pool n shit, would be rude not to...just so hapends to be a Leg smashing sesh tho :(. lol

Ill just postpone Wheels untill Sunday and play catch up nest week with a couple full body rutines or sumthing, dial it back for a week, go fishing n shit lol.

Alcohol is complete failure in this game. I had a few beers on Friday night, not a bender but enough for a hangover and enough to f*ck me off today in the gym.

Felt like a ball sack, I did train a lot earlier than usual so that could be a factor also, but I just blame beer. Fucken Mrs 21st in august and shes making me drink, when Id rather lift weights :(

Don't know why, but f*ck I'm sore today. Lower back is completely destroyed, traps, lats even 4arm alittle :shock:

No training partner this week, got through the workout yesterday a little faster than usual, that could be the reason.

Rest 2day. Proli tack in a chest/tri 2mrw, then some wheels/calves Friday to round up the week, the a fresh start Monday.

Had a play round 2day, finishing a couple reps b4 failure. 40minuets. Solo train down at the local. Focused on technique and form.

I have to face the facts. I'm injured. My lower back is not getting better, So I have booked into see a professional. Its been in the back of my mind for a few weeks now and I shouldn't ignore it.

Just a small pinch in the right side. Its a squat issue I know. I need a coach and will properly go back to the drawing board and seriously look at my form. I think its from trying narrow stance squats, but I duno.

Heres a pic from about 8months ago b4 I went off the Horse and gained some unwanted size. Not sure of my weight in the early/mid 70s id imagine.

Didn't know how to do a lat spread then, but am getting a bit better. Will hopeful have a pic around September time to compare.

Ive defiantly got a lot stronger since then. So hope have added some more muscle.

Just been to the chiropractor. He says some joints(cant remember the name) in the lower spine can't move. Also he work on my upper ribs somewhere what cause problems that go click, the intercostals very tight and cant move well, and 4arms, to help the crappy wrist/hand and elbow problems. So hopefully that will help and get me back to 110%. Because hand/elbows been shit a lot, now lower back and injury up high in the back too.

Holy smokin 4arm pump. After the doc squeezed n lazered my arms up, i think I just went to the gym and undone all his work, cos Fucken hell they are tight now!

I miss my training partner! lol Im just shy of failure, whats good I guess, focusing more on form and pausing and squeezing n all that good shit more than ever.

Lats are pissin me off, im not even sore. my body fat is starting to f*ck me off, my gut hangs past my chest and the lower back fat makes the V-Taper look bad lol!. Inner thys too.

So I took some pictures n try make them look good so i get the confidince back! Im also going to destroy some triceps and calves n shit to day and get a huge pump to make me :grin:
