Well just chuged down a Sexy Strawberry, yum. First shake Ive had inabout a week!

Realy good training 2day Im happy.

Yea I know theres no pull ups. I got rid of my smith machine(wat was only used for pulups) and the garage roofing doesnt look that strong!

By sunday the OBC(oamaru barbel club :lol: ) will have a new look with a pul up bar.

I havent even done a pull up for a wile(11weeks 5x5). proli added 2-3kg since then so gana be crazy.

Awsum aye! wat are membership fees for a decent gym these days?

I think it is around $600 for a years membership at most small, regular gyms and the most expensive one I've seen was around $2000. All you need to get big is a squat rack, bench, barbell, plates, dumbells and a chinup bar. How people fork out that sort of money for a gym is beyond me. The uni gym is free for me but it's not right outside my door, I can't use all the equipment whenever I want and I only get it free while I'm at uni. Like I said you've got it sorted!

Had a wee smash 2day. WOW @ how crap Im at pulups now(are they pulups? wide grip,palms away) Ive added sum weight over the last 6months n dam they were hard. oh well

Cookin up some potatoe/pumking mash /chicken breast n beasns for a post workout.

pretty gay workout. could of done with a rest cose ma back is totaly fried, tris still abit Domd up, but gota get it done.

Going to be working friday night shift since the guys on that shift arse usles and wont turn up, so my planed routines been chucked out the window, so hit a should/bi 2day.

Needed a good base leg workout to go :shock: off for the next few weeks.

last couple high vols after Bill stars have been 'finding the groove'.

Think i just need to put 1 squat burn set in after the 8repsx3.

Just put in weights I could handle and got solid reps and will use Poverload from here
