allgood. I suffed minor set back though. I woke up with a intense headace that hung around for 5days! a little bit of vomiting and loss of apatite and killer headace. Went to the quack was a migrane or sum shit. SO missed a week of training and quite a few calories.

But managed last friday, 112x3, 84x3, 75x3. Was lagging a bit due to recovering from an illness but picked up from where I left off and managed to get the numbers.

So 2mrw will be the real test.

Pretty gutted but a small hurdle.

Strapping left knee and left wrist.

2days max lifts:

115x3 squat

85x4 bench

78x3 row

weighed in @ 76ish thismorning, striped, b4 any food after a piss. So added since last ofical weigh in @ 74kg Mon Jan 04, 2010.

as regards to training, squats still prety solid. Im just addin 2kg, but feel like i could go 5, so feeling strong there.

Bench. feeling pretty solidish, got 4 today @ 85. butt was on the verg of creeping off the becnh on the last rep. Realy looking for a solid 85x5..it will come.

Rows, a funi 1. I havent seen myself on video, but feel that its solid. gota hit a platue soon tho. 2day felt strong, others I havent been.

Military press, nailed 55x5 (or 54 cant memba) this week. again, need some technique help imo.

Deadlift. Felling solid. no real Prs yet, taking it slow, last weeks illness fucked me up abit on that 1 so a week behind 145x5.

Pretty keen to bench 100kg and squat 300lbs wats about 135 i think. :pray:

Bugger about the setback but good to see you're back into it. How's the gargre gym coming along? Saw in your vids you squat in front of Shrek.

haha yea gota rip that shit down, its the house owners and I havent moved it since I moved in, kinda shitty really. lmao

Feeling great.

curently

-1 can of spagetti/sasusages, 2 eggs

-1 T-bone steak, potatoe, half a cup of beans, plate full of icecream n choc sause

-about half a cup of lamb mince, potaote, hlaf cup beans

-bout half a cup pork mince, potaote, few beans, more icecream n schoc sause

-2litres of milk

-portien shake

-dinking a shake now along wif sum creatine n shizile.

so a post workout meal incoming and proli a pre bed meal what is usaly a shaker size milk and whey.

Squat 120x3-felt realy good

Bench 87x3-felt solid, but wrists n joints a bit sore from work.

Row 79x3-felt solid actuly, so quite happy.

Disapointed in the MP @ 56kg, not feelin that great on that lift think Ill get warmer, more of a sweet going b4 i atempt it.

Havent Dl for a couple weeks becasue I did a couple of double shifts at work so missed last wedensday, but managed a comfy 150x5

So still gaining on all lifts apart from my 90x5bench fail on monday.

Will hit 92@3+ this friday and push for x5 on monday. Also The MP requires some fine tunning.

Squat=125x3-felt good shoulda hit more reps but no rack so happy to write down 125

Bench=92x3-felt pretty solid, still bangin for 90x5 but happy to ad a couple of kilo n get 3. Was at a local gym so using offical olympic gear compared to my standed weights so happy.

Row=85x4-felt realy good was in the mirror wat was new and form felt great and back was pumpin, finished off with a couple of Pendlays ontop of the 4.

So fellin good. tiny niggle in the left elbow.
