curent eats:

1 can baked beans

5 eggs

about 2cups pasta

5 cans of tuna

3lites of milk

1 protien bar

sum cheese and a tomatoe.

Not sure what ima cook as a post workout. chicken sumthing.

quiet night in i think with sum vidoe games! might get sum nuts to chew on. mayb a cashew/penut/almond mix of sum sort

After training 5x a week for a number of weeks now, its time for a rest.

next week I wont train. Im also going to stop taking creatine for a month done about a kilo+ of it with sum good results. Some cycle it some dont I dont realy care, just gana take some time off it n see what hapends. :shock:

Had a wee crack yesterday :P

Pretty simple workout.

Consisting of a bench press with a deadlift super set. 5reps per exercise, 60second rest periond between circuit. completed 10 times

Bench 65

Dead 100

bench was a bit light deadlift was getting heavy 8th set in.

35minuets apox. mad sweet, mad pump, wamk bam ty mam. c y friday. :pfft:

lol its monday and Im still feeling last thursdays leg sesion. Im gana mix it up and train legs monday proli starting from next week cos WOW HOLY COW BATMAN TRY TO PLAY CRICKET :shock:

Ive been usealy trining them Wedensday but with overtime @ work and cricket practice i had to do em thursday. ANd it one bad as mo fo sesh

5sets of squats 3 sets of Leg press 3 sets bb lunges

got upto 115 on the squat@ 2 for a couple sets was fun as hell.

current eats:

6 weat-bix :?

6 peices of bread :nod:

4 stubbies of speights :naughty:

couple tomatoes n mayo etc

Hmm, this should be interesting, it looks like your lifts are pretty similar to mine for my 1RM testing. You squat a little more than I do though.

Will have to keep track of how it goes an measure my lifts against yours.

Not to bad to be honest, I feel stronger in all my lifts. Last week was disrupted cause I was moving flats but Friday #'s:

Squat: 100x3

Bench: 82.5x3

Row: 75x3

Not happy with form on row though so not planning on increasing that one.

fininding it good, because Im getting all my targets atm.

Its going to be interesting today though. I injured leg on Saturday playing cricket.

Winning the toss, electing to feild. I was in close(silly mid on) first ball of the game, the batsman spoons it, i dive to my left onto the pitch fucking it up big time, droping the catch and landing all fucked up. Been limping around since. No brusing or anything but I got hell of a dead leg and ROM is limited. Managed to prove myself tho, taking 3wickets and a spectacular catch @ mid on. LMAO.

The set up is at my place and ma mates come around for a train.

2 day I may have to sit out the squats and do a light stationary bike ride wile they pump out the squats. Pretty gutted about it but whats life without risk?

That's pretty impressive, how'd you manage to bowl when you'd fucked your leg? Spinner? Did you manage to get a runner or did you guys chase down their total?

My situation is weird, I tend to get overly concerned about having a rounded back (which I apparently don't) so try to correct it mid-set and end up too upright and not doing it right. I think tonight just not gonna overthink it and just fuckin pull it. Might try screamin anyway though, can't hurt!
