Bench: was so so one the 1st round but dialed it in on the second lot, Just keeping that focus of Bringing my chest up more on descent

Squats: 1st lots of 5 were abit high only becuase the Stubbies wanted to take over once they were jacked up all was better and made Depth,

One thing John should pick up is that when the smoking hot blonde chick comes inside and says

"oooh John...can you help me lift a 20 plate off the sled outside"

Dont go outside take the plate off, rack it and carry on stretching.

Noob question :oops: .. With the 2 board benching.. How big are the boards? Are they certain measurements? And why 2, and not 1 or 3..?

2 board is roughly 4 inches, reason why we chose that is because that seems to be my sticking point of the bench

Deads: abit tough this weak, setup wasnt all that flash tbh (seemed to loading the left hip abit more than usual) and the pulls off the deck were slow. Took a step back and reassesed. seems i favor a quicker tuck of the hips as oppossed to a deep swoop in then trying to push through the floor approach

Bench: showed abit of promise today i guess. max gripping everything to cut the ROM down, and bringin the chest up and controling my breathing thru the reps, and getting the tuck, i got 8 weeks to get this down pat

Nice volume J! Just googled PnF stretching.. Looks like something else I can incorporate into my warmups. I've learnt alot from your journal :nod:

thanks Tanz, that credit doesnt belong all to me, learnt alot ffrom Bar-belle, Steak and Corey. they have something new everytime i go up. Great idea to incoperate into your warm ups. or even when you stretch down
