You should have used your bigness and put on :evil: face :lol: and then 50kg frame would have scarpered. The cheek of the dude. Squats reign supreme :grin:

Good that you have a TP for a while....it definately helps in the motivational stakes.

squats: up a set within the timelimit!! awsome, and i felt it after racking it, dropping to the knees feelin a tad green :grin: , feels like my set up is really coming together nicely, just keep up the same mental ques and keep the process crisp

Felt pretty tight from the squating and benching last couple days so moseyd on into the gym to cut loose

30 mins foam rolling quads/glutes/hams/calves/hips/back/scaps/it band

15 mins Piriformis work with hybrid tennis ball hips/IT band/hamms/calves/scaps & traps oh man these hurt so good!!

Trained with the Big Guy Steak and had a catch up with Barbelle and co. before we engaged our Beastmode on the tin

decided to go for the "cooked" feel instead of a time limit mainly because i was still pretty smashed from squating tues and still very tight in the hammies

Jumped right on the Violater x10mins, Shes an Unforgiving mistress, but she hurts sooooooooo goooooooooood! 8)

Yip yip sure am...just auto reggin the diet for now till i drop to low 120s even 119 just keeping the protein up and cutting off carbs after 6pm. with the odd cheat meal hear and there 8)

Deads, Good wrap up to the week squeezed an extra set or 2 into the limit so really pleased with that. Hands got shredded today, hands felt like they were dipped in Hot magma when it came to the rows i struggled with the grip but just lifted thru the magma burning sensation

assist work seems to helping me along nicely. forgot to stretch today when i rocked up no doubt ill pay tomorrow, so ill do some loosening up etc with some flex mob work

.........and then came speed work, with the sumos i thought atleast id take an honest stab at it and see how the setup felt like. had a chat to Steak about it last time and i always felt like i was gonna pass out so with some refining, i took some vid to see how it looked..any feed back would be appreciated from the sumo lifters, thanks

anyway off to smash my cheat...alittle bit to get thru \:D/

Sumo's looked good to me but I'm nooooo expert by any stretch. From my limited experience foot placement makes all the difference between a good lift and uh wanting to take it for a walk :?

You should really get Old Bull to critque your sumo :nod: .

And don't worry keep practising and one day you'll reach my max smiley-angelic006.gif

Uhh and the cheat meal....well that's cheating taken to a whole new level :shock: you are the cheat meister :naughty:

Taking abit of a break from sheiko to bring up other weak areas. so had a we chat Pman about a solution. We took the Auto reg approach, and the time limit is kinda Cardio/conditioning work. But its heaps fun i like it :clap:
